Having spent a large sum of money over the last few years I am extremly upset by the managers customer service. Twice the headboard ordered arrived damaged. No apology from manager. Will never use use this company again.No point helping local business.

We have recently purchased a new bed from the Cirencester branch and the whole experience was excellent. The staff in store were knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything clearly. Our new bed was delivered this week, I received a call to discuss suitable dates and times and it arrived as promised. The delivery drivers were polite, efficient and professional.
We’re absolutely delighted with our new bed and would highly recommend this company.

Recently bought a new bed and mattress.
Excellent service from the sales lady, I think she was called Hannah. She was knowledgeable, friendly,had a lovely sense of humour and was extremely helpful.
There's absolutely no pressure to buy anything, which is why I went back a second time and bought my bed and Mattress.
The communication was excellent and I was kept up-to-date on when I'd receive the items, which only took a few days to deliver.
The delivery guy also sets up the bed and takes away the old one for a small fee.
Thanks all for my beautiful comfortable bed. I wish I'd bought one years ago, rather than trying to get cheaper from the internet. It's so much better and nicer to see and feel what you're buying.

I really liked the sturdy bunk bed frame and the ladder which kicked out. There are cheaper bunk beds, but these surpassed the others as they are made of solid wood and are well designed. The beds arrived in plenty of time and everyone is delighted with them. Highly recommended.

Excellent service all round. We initially looked at the more well known brands such as Bensons or Dreams, but the delivery schedule was quite long & so we thought we would support a local business just down the road from us and we were not disappointed! We ordered a bed online & took advice from the team; the bed was delivered within 1 week & at the same time as we had our carpets etc fitted - the team arranged the delivery so that the carpets had already been fitted - and it worked like clockwork! Brilliant customer service, delivery and the bed/headboard etc is amazing! We would definitely recommend Elite Beds and would certainly use them again!

I received a call from the company on Friday with No Caller ID. Instead of focusing on resolving my order, which has been delayed for more than five months, they questioned me about why I posted my Trustpilot review. They even implied that because of my review, they would refund me rather than deliver my order.

They went as far as saying that now, because they are refunding my money, I should be thankful. This attitude is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Customers have the right to share honest experiences without being pressured or intimidated. My review was factual: since April I have had no bed delivered, only changing dates and excuses.

The fact that they chose to call me anonymously (No Caller ID) makes the situation feel even more untrustworthy. Rather than resolving the issue, they tried to make me feel guilty for speaking out.

Great communication and delivery- ordered on the Monday delivered by Wednesday - Excellent communication.

I ordered and paid for two bed Frames from Elite Beds and Mattresses and was told by Andy that they were expected back in stock in two weeks (not listed as out of Stock on their site). I asked to kept updated on the status.
28 days later I had not heard back from Andy, so I sent an email. There was no reply, so I had to track him down by phone, where he said he would get back to me by the end of the day.
Two days later with no contact, I emailed again and he admitted finally phoning the wholesale company. The Beds were 'due to dock' in a further five weeks time.
WITHOUT an apology he asked if I wanted a refund, which very unsurprisingly I took.
Very, VERY poor customer service and care

I’d experienced sleeping on a mattress supplied by Elite beds & mattresses & had the best nights sleep ever, so decided to change our own mattress at home.
I spoke to Andy & he arranged for the same mattress to be delivered to me.
Fantastic service from start to finish & both my husband & I are sleeping like logs now.

The mattress is so supportive and in high quality. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs firm mattress.

5 weeks of waiting for a mattress without any notice. No reply to emails. I had to phone the company myself. Not clear return policy.

I have absolutely no idea how this company has a high rating on Trustpilot.

I ordered a small double bed frame and mattress a week ago. Before placing the order, I phoned to check when delivery would be. I was told today which is why I went ahead and placed the order.

However, I received a call at 9.30am today to tell me that they would only be able to deliver the mattress I ordered but not the bed frame. A mattress without a frame isn't an option. The company's suggestion was to sleep with the mattress on the floor until the frame arrives, with no guarantee about if and when the frame would arrive.

I could say more about why this is a problem; perhaps this company doesn't have processes in place to ensure that orders are filled correctly and on time.

I've called several times during the day to request updates, having been told at 9.30am that they'd check with the supplier and get back to me. I finally had an answer after calling for 5th time today. I was given a new delivery day of 3rd June. I am extremely disappointed, particularly because this company did not proactively seek to resolve this issue.

Consequently, I have cancelled the order and requested a full refund; there has been no indication that this company is reliable or even concerned that they have failed to action my order.

I ordered my bed and mattress with Elite and Mark Greenaway helped me make the right purchase with absolutely no pushing on prices but more on what I was looking for. Received my rose pink bed and mattress and I'm over the moon best sleep ever x strongly recommend this company thank you so much

There was a delay with delivery due to stock issues, but when the mattress did finally arrive it was delivered by the friendliest most professional delivery drivers we’ve ever experienced.

Elite provided a very quick and responsive service, delivering a mattress ordered just one working day earlier. They delivered to the room, and communication throughout the process was excellent. The mattress is high quality and at a very competitive price. We have used Elite twice and will use them again!
