Scam company, not in Dublin. Waiting weeks for a product that i haven’t received yet. Very deceiving using Dublin in their address.

This company has a very poor costumer service. They order the items from China and sell it under the name of Dublin. They quality is very poor compare to what they show online. I ordered a hair dryer to take it as a gift to a friend in another country. I paid double the price just because I thought they are in Dublin and they will deliver it in few days. Unfortunately my order arrived after 20 days from China and I missed the opportunity. When I asked for compensation they offered me 30% refund or alternate to post it to China and pay a huge amount.
I even did not accept this refund but they already issued the 40% and closed the case. BE ALERT AND DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I wish there was a No Star option. Stay away from this scam company. Advertised an item on line as “Under Armour” pants…when the order confirmation arrived it was for “Rudy” pants which I never heard of. Immediately contacted the “company” with several emails to cancel the order as no option on line to cancel….no reply for two days…after which I received a “sorry your order is in transit” I checked by tracking my order and it was not in transit. Several more emails asking them not to ship. Received a reply asking me to wait and see when my order arrives…I have repeatedly told them I do not want the order and I have asked for the return details of which there are none. I am beginning the process of a bank charge back. Do not use these scammers and part with your money

Awful company. Got 3 bras for price of 2 for over €45. Wanted me to keep them and they’d give me a 40% discount on something else. Then wanted me to keep them and give me 30% refund which they did even though I said I didn’t accept it. Now they want me to post them to China though there’s a portlaoise address on envelope. Scumbags of highest sort. Be warned.

Stating on website and on ads that 30 days money back guarantee- NO NO NO!!!!!
After several emails they offered 30% money back only.
Item came from Portlaoise,very bad quality- but to return it you have to send it to China- not worthed to pay for return more than item cost.
Lost €45 payment for very bad quality boots.
My advice-don’t deal with this store.

Ordered work trousers last week. Got email this morning saying out of stock.
We can offer a refund in the form of a voucher to purchase something else from them.

V bad quality 👎 received order after a month. And I can't expect the quality . 0/10 . V poor quality . Really disappointed. I order 3 trench coats . All are v bad quality . I will complain them. I can't believe seriously

Ordered two coats and they were called Hampton Sherpa. The name denotes quality and luxury ….lol. They arrived after weeks and they are of terrible quality and they weren’t that inexpensive. I’ve messaged them about getting a refund but there was no returns docket in the bag. The website is Elyse Dublin but they are coming from China…

Extremly bad quality
Very bad customer service - it takes ages before they reply, they answer partially your questions, not helpful at all. Return policy also is catastrophic. Really don't recommend any of their products

My own fault, should have known the products would be rubbish for the price. The photos don't match the quality. It's a "posh" version of Temu!..

Horrible track/leisure outfit. Size Small would fit extra large, shapeless and the material so cheap. It’s horrible. Nothing like advertised. Waited over a month for it to arrive. Fit for the rubbish bin. Helen Scully Linehan💩

The customer service is horrible. They prefer to argue with customers vs working/resolving issues. The clothes are cheap and run very small. Don’t waste your time, money or energy. Oh and they don’t do returns or exchanges. Beware!

May 5th I made an order and I still haven't received it. I wrote you an e-mail and I didn't get a response.
