I’ve been using the facilities at Elemental Fitness for over two years now to run both 1:1 personal training and group classes, and it’s been a brilliant experience throughout.

The space is fantastic — clean, well-equipped, and versatile. Whether I'm training clients in martial arts or delivering more traditional strength and cardio sessions, the gym has everything I need to plan creative, varied workouts that keep my clients engaged.

One of the biggest benefits for me has been the flexible and extremely reasonable pricing. I started with the pay-as-you-go option when I had just a few clients, which meant I could grow without the stress of high overheads. As my business became more established, I moved onto a monthly plan — and even then, the cost was very fair and didn’t eat into my profits the way some other spaces might.

Because it's a private facility, the gym is never overcrowded. There’s always space and equipment available when I need it — something that’s hard to find in many commercial gyms.

David and James have been a pleasure to work with — always supportive and accommodating. Honestly, I wouldn’t have been able to build my business to where it is now without the support and space at Elemental Fitness.

Whether you're just starting out or looking for a professional space for an established business, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I have benefited greatly from the personal training sessions at Elemental Fitness, including weekly joint PTs that are tailored to our goals. The ongoing advice and guidance is invaluable—not only has my form and technique improved, but I’ve also made changes to my posture and diet that have enhanced my overall results. When classes and PT sessions are in full swing, the energy and buzz is contagious. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by such positivity, and it’s a real privilege to be part of this club.

My 9yr old daughter joined EKA over the summer, for the beginner classes and also
1-1 sessions and she absolutely loved it!
David and all the instructors were so friendly and patient, but at the same time they were able to push her to meet new goals, while keeping the sessions fun.
What really impressed me was how the training not only helps with physical fitness, but also cognitive abilities. My daughter has autism and dyspraxia, so I wasn’t sure how she’d take to kickboxing, but team at EKA were amazing with her and I was totally blown away with the progress she made in just 2 months!

Absolutely Amazing and the best gym I've been to by far. Its a Kickboxing Academy also so its a lot more then your standard gym. If you love to working out and have and amazing motivational environment then this is the place for you.

Fantastic atmosphere to learn kickboxing, boxing, or general personal training. The trainers are really friendly and will listen to what you want to get out of sessions. They tailor a plan to what you want - for me it was boxing technique. Really good value for money and David is really good at getting the best out of you.

Excellent PT Package that includes martial arts, functional fitness and strength based training all in one! James is an excellent PT - dedicated, persistent and adaptable. He worked very well with me to help me achieve my goals and knew how to push me!

My son has been attending the kids mixed abilities kickboxing at EKA for just over a year he loves attending, Ryan has always been fantastic with my son as he is autistic, all the team are always really friendly and all have a lot of patience and time for everyone you are always made to feel welcome

I have had James as a personal trainer for more than a year and I have been very happy. He watches over me to make sure I complete the task properly and corrects me if not. He has such a lot of knowledge and pushes me where he feels he can to improve my fitness. The rest of the crew are very friendly and courteous every time.

Really enjoy working with Ryan, James and David. The gym has really good equipment. I saw a major improvement in my flexibility, power, strength and cardio.

I joined Elemental Kick Boxing classes around 10 years ago but had to stop due to renal failure.
I recently had a kidney transplant and decided it was time to re-join the club and re-build my fitness.
David built a specific programme that was designed to slowly improve my fitness and build my confidence back up without over doing it.
It was amazing to be back at the club, the personal trainers are all fantastic and it’s a great place to meet new people and make new friends I would advise anyone to give it ago you won’t regret it.

I have been attending EKA since 2015 and have always found the instructors and fellow members supportive and friendly. The club is very dedicated to fitness and helping its members progress. If you are considering kickboxing as a hobby or want to get your black belt I would highly recommend EKA. There are plenty of classes each week to suit everyone’s timetable and you will always leave feeling like you have achieved!

I’ve been attending 1:1 kickboxing coaching for a few months now and love it! The sessions are built around what I am working on and responsive to my needs. 10/10 would recommend and will be continuing at the end of my block!

I’ve been having PT sessions at Elemental Fitness for a while but I recently broke my foot so was unable to attend sessions. Therefore I started online training from home using their app which has been a great help to maintain training. It’s really easy to use, the sessions are set up with explanations on each exercise. You can leave comments and there is even the opportunity to message your trainer through the chat feature. This was a great feature as I was able to contact my trainer directly who could adapt the exercise/s for the next session if required. I’ve liked the accountability that comes with the sessions as your trainer can see when you’ve logged the workout but at the same time, you can do them at your leisure and schedule them when works for you. I’d also say that you don’t need a load of equipment at home, I sent photos of what I had and the sessions were planned around that. I would definitely recommend the online training to others

Two years attending Elemental Kickboxing Academy has changed my perception on personal training.
What I originally thought would be blood, sweat and tears has turned out to be sessions filled with fun, laughter and B.S.T (blood, sweat and tears!!).
My two children aged 6 and 8, have joined the children's classes and are working towards their first, white belts. It's given them a goal to achieve that they can be proud of.

Amazing club, very welcoming with lovely instructors that help teach you a life skill that’s much needed now adays.

I've been going here for nearly 6 years now - the longest I've stayed anywhere! Instructors are ace and it's not your typical over the top disciplined club - no one calls anyone sensei - we all have mutual respect for each other. We all want to get fit and have fun and EKA is just perfect for this for me!

Fantastic way to keep fit, so much more fun and motivational than simply going to the gym, and so much more effective!!
