Stay away from this site. Pre ordered an item. Waited a month ask for an expected date they would recive it. No deff answer. Waited loneger. Found another site/store located in the Usa. ELEGOMALL is located in china. Where the damn stuff is actually produced. I ask for a refund. They ignored me at first. Then i was told 4 people had to review the case in order to maybe refund me. So i got fed up with being played with so i opened a paypal case against them and finally got a refund. Then i ordered the same thing from element vape and recived the item
s in less then three days no issues at all. So the item was out but they just mever sent it ans kept telling me nope they dont have it and we have no idea when it will ever come in. Stay away they are out to rip you off.

Elegomall is legit....great prices but you'll wait a long time to get shipping notifications. I ordered/paid on 5/2/2018 and got shipping notification on 5/29/2018...So 4 wks for shipping notification but now wait to see how long it takes to receive. They just give you status of "shipping" but no tracking information and I think they're in China so it could be another 2-4 weeks as far as I know. If the products are genuine SMOK, I'll order 6 or so in the future bc of the waiting period....but great prices and I had free shipping.

I am very disappointed with this site. I suggest other to stay way from this. The word “free shipping” isn’t very attracted to everyone if it’s not delivered within a month or forever. If it takes not less than a month or chances of losing our item then you should’ve given us a freedom to choose by being informative in your website. We as a buyer would like to pay premium for our needs, specially on our needs and time. I haven’t faced these kinds of problem in any sites. I am not your competitor who is trying to lower your reputation but I am a very disappointed buyer whose item hasn’t been delivered yet. And my problem hasn’t been resolved yet even though I am in touch with your customer support. They can’t be of any help other than providing me a tracking information. Very disappointed customers of yours. I should’ve read these review before doing business with you guys. I Hope you guys will resolve my problem soon.

I buy a lot of ecig equipment direct from china and normally it takes between 10 and 30 days to arrive. Having watched a product review by Vaping with Vic on youtube . I have just purchased two box mods From Elogomall both are original not clones( authenticity stickers checked )They have arrived today 8 days after being ordered so very fast shipping. the items are priced very reasonably at full price on a par with other Chinese suppliers (even better as both were in the new year sale) and the shipping charges are great value for such a swift service.I would say to anyone wanting Ecig products give them a try they are now going to be my first port of call when I need anything
