Don't buy here.
They say that to return an article is very easy, but they don't mention that is much more expensive compared to the other online shops.
I just received a pair of shoes, I even didn't took them out from the package because I saw immediately that the quality is not as expected.
I started the procedure to send the shoes back and it will cost almost 10€. I buy very often online and that's the first time I found such expensive return cost. I won't buy anymore from them. And the funny thing: I saw the same shoes in a shop here in the city centre and they cost 25€ less.
Please be careful and avoid Eleganza.

Customer service is unreachable. Chat is unavailable, half an hour waiting on the telephone just to get disconnected. So far no answer on e-mail.

I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered with Nationex. It was the worst delivery experience I've ever experienced. Thankfully Eleganza was able to come through, send another order this time using a DIFFERENT shipping company. Great customer support, I'll be coming back.

I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews. However, I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter and they arrived in perfect condition and sealed, to guarantee the authenticity. Very happy with the price (cheaper than elsewhere) and with the service.
Aarzelend om te bestellen naar aanleiding van verschillende negatieve reviews. Desalniettemin erg tevreden met het paar Ugg laarzen dat ik bestelde. Laarzen in de juiste maat, perfecte staat en met verzegelde authenticiteit.
