I love the new AI-powered Elegant Themes tech support bot. I rarely find any question that can't be answered> and when I do, it's easy to request one of the staff to review, reply. Elegant Themes is a first rate organization I highly recommend.

I've been working with Divi for 6 years. There wasn't in issue that I could solve thanks to all the available plugins. My clients generally find it easy to use (which is why I went with Divi rather than the competition).

Also, the support is great ! Again, not a single issue that they haven't helped me solve. Even their AI chatbot was pretty good.

I have used Elegant Themes for over 10 years now and build websites exclusively with their Divi builder. It is excellent with virtually everything needed to build top tier websites that are fast, functional, and beautiful. Divi makes it easy and when I have needed support, the resources are available 24/7 to help troubleshoot and get me past the speedbump.

I most recently had an issue getting Divi to work correctly on a new WordPress site. With one tech support interaction we were able to diagnose that an unnecessary plugin installed by my hosting service was causing the issue. Once that plugin was disabled I was able to proceed with the design and construction of my newest website, this time using the amazing new Divi 5. I recommend Elegant Themes, Divi, and their incomparable support without hesitation.

I have been using Divi for 3 years now and love it. Periodically I run into situations where I am having a problem, usually when utilizing a plugin that I have not worked with extensively. That is what happened with a WooCommerce store, Divi and a User Defined pricing plugin. Things were working for some products but not all. I reached out to Elegant Themes support and Anupam helped me see what I wasn't seeing and thus, the plugin and my store are functioning exactly the way we need them to. Elegant Themes support has always been very responsive and pointed me in the right direction to get my issues resolved.

I contacted Elegant Themes support about a Divi mobile header/layout issue where the phone icon and hamburger menu conflicted,
and the mobile dropdown menu rendered as a narrow “card” instead of full width.

Support quickly identified the root cause (custom CSS impacting positioning) and explained what to change.
They also rebuilt the mobile header layout using a clean 3-column structure with the right modules (logo image, phone icon, menu),
and provided clear screenshots plus a short screen video showing the process.

What I appreciated most: practical, Divi-native guidance and a focus on making things clickable and stable,
instead of suggesting fragile hacks like negative margins.

I've been using Elegant Themes, mainly Divi, since 2011. I've built an income and a lifestyle using their products. And I can honestly say that I have always been pleased with their products and customer service.

I recently was having problems exporting page content using Divi and couldn't get it resolved, even while using AI to troubleshoot. I submitted a request for support and received a response in a few hours. After giving them admin access to the problematic site, the issue was resolved in about 10 mins. The Wordfence plugin was the problem.

This is just another time they have resolved an issue I was having. Still can't believe their lifetime licensing covers support from them 15 years later. Show me another company in any industry that does that.

Excellent Customer Support! As a customer still using Divi 4, I really appreciated the fast support on a simple menu bar that I just could not figure out, given that the company is working really hard getting Divi 5 out of its beta state. Thanks!!

I had an issue with the mobile menu in Divi 5 where the dropdown was off-screen and appearing behind my hero section. Jemelie from the Divi support team jumped in, checked my site through remote access, and fixed it quickly and correctly. She explained exactly what was causing the issue and what she changed to fix it. Excellent support, fast response, and very knowledgeable. Really appreciate the help!

After the (slightly stupid) AI agent fortunately gave up, his human colleagues took excellent care of my request and solved the problem.
