Paying money and after it's not possible to log into the account. System of Elegant Themes is not possible to send the verification email and there is no resend option. So basically paid 110 Dollar for nothing. Even my one-man-business is able to resend verification emails... unbelievable.

I can allways receive help from the support of Divi. There are many questions about Divi 5, but patience and knowledge are two of many valuable characteristics, we see from the supporters.
I have lifemembership, and that is a good idea.
I truly will recommend Elegant Themes!

The best WordPress theme I've ever used. Since version 5, it's become worlds better, even though it was already perfect before. The chat support is very helpful and, above all, competent. While you do have to go through an AI assistant at the beginning, which asks for all the necessary information, you then receive a real answer and solution to your questions and problems from a human. I can absolutely recommend Elegant Themes and the Divi theme to every WordPress user.

I had a great experience fixing my theme after I upgraded to DIVI5, if there is really such a thing. Anytime you have issues after an upgrade it is tough. It took me a week to find the issues as it was on pages that I normally don't visit often. The background turned black, like I had a dark theme on. What was confusing is it was only on 3 pages that I didn't use the DIVI Builder on and just used WordPress Blocks. I did all the normal troubleshooting. Turning off plugins and activating them, etc. Checked all the CSS to see if any was added. Nothing. I even went as far as to clearing all browser, server side cache and using incognito mode on top of the other things. Nothing changed. I went in and checked the background options in the Theme Customizer. Cleared all of it and it didn't work. I cleared all cache again just to be sure... I went thru the AI bot to help to start with as many times that is enough. Nothing changed so they hooked me up with Ravindra and he replied in about 30 minutes. He had it fixed almost immediately. He cleared the background cache and it fixed the problem. He must have been holding his mouth right. Boy am I glad he did get it fixed as I was ready to pull my hair out.

Slow, but when they got to me EXCELLENT service!

We use VIP service and had some major issues with the CSS on out site.

Our agent Anupam walked thorugh and fixed every indivudal issue. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure everything was right.

Great support from the Divi team. I had a problem with my mobile mega menu not scrolling on mobile devices, and Alexandra assisted me in fixing it. She responded quickly and solved the issue efficiently. Everything is working perfectly now. Excellent customer support!

Borhan was a great help. The AI assistant not so much. Once you get through to a human being the level of support is amazing and fast. They are very knowledgeable and arrive at a solution without delay. I would highly recommend their products for the level of support alone.

I work with Elegant Themes since 2016 and I've built so many beautiful things with Divi. Have hundreds happy clients! Ive never seen a product with a support team like theirs. There are no stupid questions for them and they always help. All so qualified and ready to assist. I can definitely recommend both ET and Divi and support i get is a big past of a deal.
