Purchased a Windows 11 Pro key from this marketplace. The key was already used on another machine, so I was completely scammed out of my money. It was under $10, but still... Be very careful with this website.

After paying they demand your passport to process the order.

I consider this scam. It's neither needed, nor done by any other business.

I got my batteries delivered very fast and well packaged (not environmental unfriendly, snug and safe).

Service is great!! Customer services replies right away and I got my purchase within minutes!!

Disappointing. Very predatory behaviour they mask as “protecting consumers from fraudulent activity.” I ordered a game key and the money was taken from my account. But before I received my key, they sent an email after taking my money, asking for id verification before I got my product. This is not how a trustworthy company acts, I will never give my id to a shady company who holds my money hostage.

I was very skeptical as to whether this software was legit considering the price but I decided to give it a chance anyway. I was very surprised (and happy) that the software was exactly as it was supposed to be. I did have a bit of confusion when it came to the download and install but I finally figured it out. I would highly recommend.

I always get the software I need very quickly for a great price! Never have a problem with activation.

This used to be a solid choice for windows serial keys. But now it is getting worse and worse. I usally buy two or more keys, and at least one or more are not working now with every purchase.
Customer service are also a drag, to the point that i just don't bother with complaining anymore, and just buy a key somewhere else.
Last three times I have bought something here, it's been faulty.
Price is great, but when 50% of your purchase don't work you pay twice as much as you should, wich is not great.

Emma in chat support was absolutely amazing! Helped me fix new game for Steam that was not working loading, launching. It took over an hour but she stuck with me until it finally worked because of her amazing support!
