Slow service

I have used Electromist a few times now, and the service is so slow. I have been waiting 4 days for my order to be dispatched, even after paying for express service, 4 days and still waiting. My husband says the product is good though (ice mint 3 liquid)

We are sorry that you had to experience this we try and aim to dispatched the order either same day or the day after. The only time we can't do this is if we are waiting for the stock to be delivered to us.

Go else where

Went here today been using electromist for 2 years and now I will never go here again the knowledge about vapes and juice is near enough none existent and the girl who served me today was so rude ive never been served like anyone like her before I also brought a tank I left the shop and met my husband who said we had that size at home so I went to take it back still in original packaging and I had the receipt and she would not take it back I had left the shop with it for 30 seconds I think that is out of order it wasnt my fault they didn't have size I wanted dont bother going here go somewhere that actually knows about vapes and not children

Great customer service

Ordered from electromist twice during covid 19 and both orders have turned up within a few days of the order being placed and once the order is dispatched it comes the next day. Also had one of my vape juices leak, I believe this is when the post man tried to post it or in transit and electromist replaced it straight away. Would highly recommend ordering from this company. They are doing great with getting the orders to you straight away and have great customer service.

Slow and poor online customer service

4 days from order and I haven’t received any notification to say it’s on the way. I emailed for an update and have not heard anything. A great shame as every time I have been to an Electromist shop I have had a great experience
