Delighted with my bike
I’ve followed Electroheads for a long time on youtube, and their reviews actually helped me decide which electric car to buy a few years ago.
After seeing their review of the Estarli e20, I decided that it was a good electric bike for me - it seemed to be good on hills, it can fold up into the back of my car, and I like the removable battery.
The delivery time on the Electroheads website said 7 days, which was a few days quicker than the Estarli website, so I decided to order from Electroheads (I think even if it was the same delivery time I would have done because their videos have helped me over the years).
After placing my order I received an email from Eunice telling me that she was my customer service representative, and to reach out if I had any questions at any stage.
I received a tracking number after three days, and the bike arrived in six days. Around a week later I received a phone call from Ham (another member of the customer service team) just to make sure everything was ok with the bike (I have to be honest, I still hadn’t ridden it at that point, but it was nice to get a call).
I’d say the care and quality they put into their bike and scooter reviews also comes across in how they run their shop, and I’m now looking into buying a scooter from them for my son for Christmas.
Communicative and helpful
I ordered an Engwe electric bike from Electroheads through a cycle to work scheme. The bike has been a lifesaver, I'm getting to work a lot cheaper than I was before, and paying it off gradually through my salary.
The bike arrived quickly, and Eunice from Electroheads kept me up to date with the progress of the cycle scheme application, and then kept me updated with the delivery information. Somebody also gave me a call after the bike arrived to make sure I was happy with it and if I had any questions.
My only criticism of the bike (the C20) is that it's probably a bit bigger than I was hoping for, if I was to choose again, I'd probably go for an ado air 20.
Brilliant youtube channel
Their YouTube reviews are brilliant and I also appreciate their updates about escooter laws in the UK as I’m DESPERATE for them to finally be made legal. I purchased a Mycle compact based on their reviews.
Update: my beautiful Mycle was stolen today. Absolutely heartbroken. Winning the giveaway would mean even more now…

What a great bunch of people Electroheads are. All so knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. Arranged a test ride of a few different models and once I had chosen they organised all the ordering for me + did it with my cycle to work scheme which they were helpful with as well. I did have a very minor warranty issue which they were more than happy to help me solve with great service.

I have followed Electroheads online for a long time. Their reviews are always entertaining and super informative. A while back a they offered a raffle on the Tenways Pro 600, nice, I thought. I’ll give it a go. I won, amazing! DHL are delivering the beauty this Thursday 28 September. Happiness abounds on the streets of Copenhagen.
Bit of a shambles
Bit of a shambles, so surprised and disappointed. The contrast between the image presented in electroheads mission statement and their videos (which I really liked) and the reality of trying to deal with them is massive. They make a big noise about advice, help, and support, but that’s all it is; noise. Contacted them on 9th August with a basic question about a bike they sell and seeking some help, which I really needed. Followed up with reminders, which to be fair were acknowledged (they confirmed they have got me query). Some 6 weeks latter and I have given up on them. I have since had my question answered (by the bike manufacturer) and have got some much needed support from more competent organisations. C’mon electro heads, never mind the fluff, someone needs to do the basics here. Some customers are obviously getting them to engage and are very satisfied but I think it is a lottery; their office is not being managed. I would avoid and go to better run outfits for your advice and to buy your bike.
UPDATE: Appreciate the reply below. As requested I sent you the details by e-mail on 4 October, to the hello address on your web. I asked that you acknowledge receipt so I knew you had got the info. After a week I have not had any acknowledgement, so I repeat the info here for you. I e-mailed the general hello e-mail address on 9th of August (Trust pilot does not allow me to post the address I sent from), when I heard nothing I sent a note on messenger on 15th August. This was replied to and I was asked to send my e-mail again to Ceylan. Which I did. Apparently it went to junk (so no-one is checking the junk folder), on messenger you said “Yep, got it” and promised to get back to me. So you did get the e-mail. Another reminder on messenger on 18th August was acknowledged on 22 August and an answer promised again. Note the bike manufacturer answered my basic question in 2 days and another vendor gave me some advice within 24 hours. No reply at all from you. I hope you can sort out the office admin.

11 days and still waiting...
11 days and still waiting to for my new bike. Sent an email got a reply saying it would be sent out either that day or the next but yet still waiting. If I hadn't contacted them I still wouldn't have heard from them. Spent a lot of money and all I've got for it was a confirmation email at purchase. Not impressed,they've got 1 more day and I'm going to cancel and claim a refund if nothing.

Estarli e20.7 from electroheads
I bought an Estarli e20.7 from electroheads. My decision to buy this bike was made from watching their informative and honest YouTube reviews of the bikes they sell. I knew the lead time on this bike was 2 weeks, but it came before then,well packaged and fully assembled. Signing up to their newsletter got me £50 off, an added bonus! I'm really happy with the bike and electroheads seem dedicated to providing great quality products and service.
Estarli E28 Trapeze
Bought my Estarli through Electroheads due to interesting tests & comparisons of various Ebikes. Was told no more than 10 days for delivery, 16 days later bike arrived. No communication from Electroheads, style over substance is how I would judge them
Deal direct with manufacturer
Once my order was placed and confirmed I received no update on delivery status.
I email at least twice and phoned but nobody got back to me.
The only way available was to then contact the manufacturer in Berkhamsted directly to establish if they had received the Estarli order and then to chase down a delivery date.
I wish I would have placed my order directly with the manufacturer and eliminated Estarli from the process they were totally unhelpful.

Electroheads are the real deal
Electroheads are the real deal - passionate and enthusiastic about e-bikes, and have a great range of different bikes available to test ride - which makes all the difference when it comes to making a buying decision.
I was in the market for 2 x bikes, and had narrowed my search down to three models, two of which Electroheads stock. I booked an appointment and turned up on time, only to discover that the appointment booking had not been properly registered on Electrohead's system (Pretty sure it was user error at my end).
They were busy but unphased by my unexpected arrival and quickly rearranged so they could fit me in.
Louis was thoughtful and knowledgeable, quickly understood my brief and answered all my questions and more. Test rides were easily organised and undertaken.
The test rides made a huge difference in making my choice (so much so that I decided not to pursue the 3rd option I had originally considered since there is nowhere in the UK where you can test one) - this is a key differentiator for Electrohead.
Based on my test ride and a bunch of subsequent research, I felt very confident making my decision. As it turned out the particular variant of the model I wanted is only available to order direct from the manufacturers for some quirky reason. Electrohead did their best to get if for me themselves, and even when it became apparent that I would have to order direct, they continued to offer outstanding service. I was actually disappointed not to be able to give them the business, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Excellent very with my order
Couple of issues
Couple of issues, don't mind waiting a 4 weeks as they made clear, but was not informed of shipping so it turned up out the blue. I ordered the pro version E20 yet it arrived without mud guards and rack withi'm still trying to sort out but the speed of sorting it out is very slow. The actual bike is lovely just seems communication could be a lot better.
Test ride experience
I had seen the Electroheads people from their YouTube videos while I was researching getting an electric bike, as I was moving to London temporarily. What a fountain of knowledge and comprehensive reviews! I went to their website and noticed they offered test rides, so I booked one and made my way down. I was greeted by a helpful gentleman named Louis; he was knowledgeable and very welcoming. He answered all my questions and was more than happy to walk me through each bike and allow me to test drive three bikes around the local area. He couldn't have been more helpful; they even had a brand new phone holder that wasn't on the website attached to one of the bikes I wanted, and he arranged for me to buy it right away. I'd rate it 10/10 – a really helpful place, and they're clearly passionate about all things electric bike. Go here, and you won't be disappointed.
Been ignored for refund of deposit.
I put a pre-order for a new escooter with a £20 holding fee which I was told was refundable. I waited two months for the delivery date and the weekend before it was supposed to arrive I received an email from electroheads informing me the scooter has to be redesigned and put through certification, without any expected delivery date. I've requested my order be cancelled and requested my £20 deposit be refunded (twice) and I've been ignored, no reply, nothing. It's bad service, I'm not happy. Given circumstances I can't recommend electroheads.
