If you want a review of a review it was well worth watching. It was a good honest revue. So I bought the item and I wasn’t let down. They give an estimated day of delivery and although there was no real time tracking it did arrive a day early than expected. So no complaints from me and I would buy from them again.

ADO Air 20
I bought an ADO Air 20 electric bike on the 12th of January along with the "metal rear carrier and mudguards".
The bike arrived on the 23rd of January and I have no complaints about the bike, it's a great bike. It's strong, it's not heavy, the battery works well... pretty good value for money.
The problem is that the rear rack and mudguards didn't arrive with the bike and I've been trying to get them ever since. I've been in contact with Electroheads since the 23rd of January. When I first wrote to them, they told me that the "metal rear rack and mudguards" would be sent separately (information that was not clear on the website) and that I would have to wait for them to arrive. I have written to them several times since to try and resolve this issue.
Finally, on the 6th of February, Electroheads replied to me saying that the supplier had explained to them that the accessories were being shipped from China and because it was the Spring Festival there, the factory wasn't working and they would be shipping the product around the 20th of February and I should wait 25-35 days for it to arrive.
Well, today is the 26th of February and it hasn't been shipped yet. So I'm very disappointed with the whole experience.
I received a faulty bike
I received a faulty bike, from the box. This store left the issue on the brand company and me,now one after one month's they didn't even bother about to find out what's going on, then they didn't replace it aswell. Why?? Didn't I paid the money??
Why they didn't replace it and why they didn't take any initiative to replace it?
When ever called them, they didn't bother to pick the call as well. No one is there to help.
Don't buy this engwe m20 specifically from this electrohead shop cause those people don't take any responsibility after sales, there is no option of repairing or service. If something happen do it by your self. Cause here any cycle shop don't want to touch it as I didn't buy it from them or they are telling its not leagal in uk. If its not legal then why they listed this bike on cycle scheme??
Pathetic experience. Don't go for this brand either the bike or either the shop. Engwe m20, and electrohead.

The glasses arrived a day late
The glasses arrived a day late, but that is not the fault of electroheads. The product itself is well made and functioned flawlessly. My only criticism would be the use of Evri as a delivery courier, their reputation is bad at best, terrible at worst. Other than the late delivery I can’t fault the entire process and the product is really good.

They didn't have the colour that I would have liked but after checking through the website I chose a different bike for the same cost but it was ex display. They changed the order with no quibble.
However they weren't reachable on the phone after my first call so I figure I was lucky, when there was an issue with FedEx and the voice message says email would be quicker but in my instance this really wasn't the best option but this issue was not their doing. I was trying to be effective in my communication because ELECTROHEADS paid for a service they didn't get.
Of note, unless I missed it, the descriptions of the bikes didn't specify if they were front, mid or rear assisted. And if the batteries are removable. Being new to electric bikes I didn't fully understand everything which is why being available on the phone would be helpful.

Amazing service from Electroheads. Great communication from order to delivery, then afterwards when there was a slight problem with the bike. Highly recommended.

Purchased a bike from Electroheads through the cyclescheme, and although it was a long, slow process, the people at electroheads were always good at replying to any questions I had, or dealing with issues.
Eventually got the authorisation, and electroheads had my bike to me within a week.

No external way to switch the battery on/ off.
I recently purchased an ADO A16+, and was alarmed to find that the keyhole for switching the bike battery on and off is on the battery itself and so this bike has to be partially folded in order to do this, there is no access to switch the bike battery on or off externally which is a massive failure as far as I am concerned, this shouldn’t be confused with powering the bike on or off, this is done using the buttons on the lcd display, I am talking about switching the battery itself on or off.
The bike was delivered quickly, I have not had the opportunity to ride it yet. The bike is heavier than I expected. I ordered a grey bike and got a black one, not that the colour really mattered but come on Electroheads do a proper review on the ADO16+, I looked on the internet and the only reviews are foreign language, and one very fleeting mention in a electroheads folding bike compilation!

I had to be honest, I did go frustrated as I couldn’t get through the phone line, and I believe it was highly noticeable. Guy named Hamdon did really help me out and. Even calm me down. 😅
Avoid at all costs
Please donot get distracted by their false reviews on their website. They donot let the bad reviews to get published on their website. They declined my review as well instead of approaching me to make up for the hassle caused. Now just because it is public, their marketing team will come and pretend to be nice.
The order was delayed by 4 weeks and it is super difficult to get in touch with anybody at Electroheads to know what is happening. They donot have a direct dialing number and their online AI chat gives you automated futile resposnes. And for unknown super annoying reason, they kept on asking me to send the voucher over for 03 weeks after it had been send and they confirmed to have received it. On their website. they had informed that the order will be delivered within 03 to 05 days at checkout but clearly that was just a lie. Now coming on the bike, apart from the inherent bike manufacturing issues like the saddle which has to be changed the moment it arrives, the front brake is not settling in at all and gives a loud squeaking noise when pressed. Got it adjusted for 35 quid but the problem has come back again., The charger is sometimes not picking up the charge and takes ages to charge. Well, If I am completely honest, I would have sued them in court, got my money back and compensation for wasting my time and effort to chase them and get this bike in a working condition.
