I have yet to receive the order despite the charge on my credit card. I have sent 2 emails to customer service and have not received any acknowledgement or reply. I understand the current challenges but surely the Electric Shopping could give me the courtesy of an update / reply.

Would give zero if it had the option.
Purchased an ice cream maker and paid for next day delivery.
Still hasn't been received and they do not respond to emails. Phone number is incorrect also.
Worst customer service ever.
Do not waste you money on this company. It's probably a scam.

They advertise products ready for next day delivery but do not have them in stock. Have been waiting 1 week and sent 2 emails and got no reply. Refund was quick though.

Excellent service during these extremely difficult times. Well done all.

Cancelled our order with no communication what so ever, put money back in account and never heard another thing from them.
Never order from them again!!!

Worst experience ever. Items not arrived. No response to emails. Took my money. That bit works.

Ordered my item said in stock
Nothing delivered, I could not get through on the landline (didn't connect to the number)
I sent 3 emails and 1 one online form no response.
I checked the status of my item said awaiting fulfillment.
I clicked on the box next to my order, it said out of stock.
I requested a refund, nothing.
It took me raising a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
All in all terrible service and in my opinion nothing to do with what is going on in the world.

As with the previous review , no item, wrong tel number and no response to email, i can't help but ask are we being scammed ?

complete radio silence...no item, no money, no reply to any emails and no current working telephone number published anywhere - and i paid for express delivery. avoid these scam artists

The item, a Tefal pancake pan, was competitively priced and arrived on time. I can't fault our experience with electricshopping.

everything gone well sso far, one recomendation is to offer a stock feed to trade buyers so i can advertise items with confidence that they are in stock, without having to keep phoning to check. its very important to know what is and isnt in stock inculding quantities.
