Popped in on a bank holiday Monday as my PK front wheel assembly was smashed. They had the part and it was fitted in and out in 30 minutes very good price. Great service

Just had a problem with my RX1 , called PowaKaddy , who put me onto Electric Trolleys North East . The job was a warranty job , Spoke to Kev at he said bring it down , got there he had a look after 10 mins Bish bosh job jolly , Trolley as good as new . What a great pair of lads the certainly know Golf trolleys. Absolutely recommend these guys

I first contacted Kevin via their facebook messenger to replace a damaged part on my trolley. He responded the same day with the price and he had the part in stock. I also decided to get my trolley and another trolley serviced alongside the repair. the repair and the servicing of both trolleys was all done in less than 2 days so I could use it that same weekend. The trolleys, both between 5-10 year old came back looking nearly brand new. Fantastic customer service and an amazing job done on the trolleys. Well worth it.

Called in to collect winter wheels for my trolley. At the same time we could not remove the winter wheels from my wife's new ct8 trolley. Somehow, the lads managed it and not only that, they did a little bit of work on it without charging us. Kevin and his colleague deserve to given 6 stars let alone 5. Great service lads. This place is absolutely brilliant. I broke the wishbone on my trolley today and needed urgent repair for a match. Kevin said to bring it down straight away - he had a replacement on site, fitted it and serviced the trolley straight away. What a fantastic service - so impressed! Thank you Kevin - amazing!

Cant speak highly enough of Kevin and the staff , their knowledge and professionalism is outstanding, there is no hard sell, just great advice and great prices don't be fooled into thinking that if you go to the bigger retailers you get a better deal, that's not the case Kevin's prices are cheaper than anywhere, and you KNOW that should your trolley need repaired or serviced It will be done in-store and not sent away.

I had an issue with my powerkaddy trolley cutting out while on the course.
Kevin checked out the trolley and battery, while I waited. Stayed open late to resolve the issue, I now have a new battery. Excellent service, really knows his stuff and I will definitely be visiting his shop again soon,

I have a Powakaddy Ct6. Recently it was making a bit of a noise when in use. It was still under warranty so I contacted Powakaddy, they recommended I take it here.
I rang beforehand and took it there today. Having tested it in their shop and having listened to video of the noise that I had taken. They diagnosed the problem straight away, as it was a warranty claim they changed the faulty motor there and then which took 10 - 15 minutes while I waited.
I cannot praise the staff highly enough, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Needed a Powakaddy FX5 repair, Powakaddy not particularly helpful. However, Kevin from Electric Gol Trollyeys North East replied to my email query straight away on a Sunday evening no less.
Trolley taken to store next day and repaired within 20 minutes. Attitude and service nothing short of first class. Outstanding.

Hi I had an issue with the front wheel on my PowaKaddy FW5 bearing had collapsed I rang Kevin at electric Golf trolleys NE & he told me to bring it in so he could have a look. I was there 5 minutes & it was sorted.
Will definitely be back in the future to deal with Kevin for my next trolley.
