I ordered a total of 95 items from this company consisting of six different products. Two of the products were out of stock so they shipped the other four and about two days later, shipped the balance. All 95 items arrived well packaged with a detailed packing list. Everything was accurate and complete; and the entire order arrived well before I expected it.

My order included five Lutron Maestro countdown timers, one of which didn't work. I electronically submitted a form related to the defective timer (it was a Thursday evening) and the following day, Friday, I received an email asking whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. I replied that I wanted a replacement and shortly thereafter, they provided a USPS tracking number. The following Monday, I had the replacement in hand and installed it that evening (it worked perfectly just like the other four I had ordered). In other words, my issue was resolved and I had a replacement in hand within two business days.

In short, not only was I impressed with this company's pricing (much less than the big box home improvement centers), I was also impressed with their accuracy in filling my order and in promptly addressing an issue with one defective item. That is what I call five star customer service!!!

Ordered paint from here and didn't receive it, tried calling but can't get through, sent emails and had no response back, they've even got crown paints telephone number down on their website to contact them, but when I contacted Crown paint, they said they have no direct contact with this company and have never heard of them, so can't understand why they would have crown paints telephone number down as a contact, definitely a SCAM avoid at all costs

Have tried ringing for 4 days!!! No answer, have emailed eno repy!! Waiting for a order for paint, how do yy get hold of anyone???

Cannot praise this company high enough I ordered a part for my oven which had stopped heating up.
I ordered the part on line, but after reading reviews was a bit worried, so rang company the next day to see if they had received my order. They answered my call and told me it had been posted the same day. It arrived the next day by recorded delivery. Pleased to have a working oven again .

I didn't receive my order, and they didn't respond to my emails.

Purchased solar lights at the beginning of the year, 1 light has failed, I have asked for a replacement or refund, several emails later to their customer services department and still no response.

Plaice order 2-3 months ago for Hazelock garden sprinkles pay around £17. No contact it’s all they are still my money

The fan that we ordered unfortunately did not work, a refund was approved straight away, couldn’t fault their customer services

Tried to order an item but didn’t get a confirmation. Money shows (twice) as being pending in PayPal so emailed company to try and resolve but no response.

I wouldn't recommend using this company

I bought two Netatmo security cameras from them and within a year one became faulty. Not their fault.

What is their fault is that I've tried loads of times to get a replacement and they are just ignoring my emails. They have told me that they are looking into it but I've had nothing back from them for weeks.

Their website is under construction and their telephone number is not connecting. They claim the number is not working because of Covid19. The only reason I'm writing this review is in the hope that they will read this and actually get in contact with me.

In my opinion, it isn't difficult to keep in contact with their customers.

Great products and very good customer service, I was very impressed with the quick and responsive service I got!

Made an order online, took payment 6 times. Contact form doesn’t work, contact number diverts to a mobile VM. Left messages no call back.

Ordered these as the website said next day delivery. Having booked trades people in to install as part of wider landscaping works and they hadn't arrived, I phoned the company and I was told they they did not have them in stock and will let me know when they will dispatch it. I was told they would be delivered the following Tuesday. I again organised for with my builder to install them. They didn't arrive and again i had to phone the company. I then spoke to Hannah who assured me that they would arrive either the Saturday or Monday. Again organised for builder for Tuesday to install. They didn't arrive until Tuesday. Hannah was apologetic and offered me a 20% discount if I ordered from them again but only after I mentioned a discount. It has cost me 3 days builder costs they i am out of pocket for so a 20% discount is not very useful. I will not be ordering from them again.

I received invitation to review before item received. Followed contact advice and requested update via the online customer service link. I received a polite and speedy response confirming dispatch. Item then received as advised.
