I phoned EHC technical department for assistance to downrate my boiler. John couldn’t be more helpful, he talked me through the process & I had the job done in minutes. These EHC boilers are the future of heating if we can get the government to reduce the cost of electricity.

I had an issue with my boiler and spoke to John in the technical department. John dealt with my issue in a professional and extremely helpful manner. He could not be more helpful and was able to resolve my issue. His knowledge and customer service was outstanding.

My call was picked up by Jacqueline instantly. She took on-board immediately what was needed, created a package of what products would be suitable, arranged delivery the next day and registered the warranty. She emailed me the relevant installation manuals and assured me their technical team was available for any questions or support during installation and at any time in the future.

Today I commissioned my first CometPV boiler of the new model. I was having trouble with the configuration and knew I had set something up wrong and phoned the technical helpline. I spoke to a great Scotsman called John who talked me through the settings I needed for the system I was working with. John was very patient and helpful and we got the boiler running well in next to no time. I really appreciated his manner and his patience with talking me through everything and finding the solution. Great service. Next time I install one of these boilers I will call first to configure it before I touch any settings and then I will be fine in future. I will recommend these boilers to my customers when an electric system boiler is required.
