Just a fabulous company to deal with, was undecided what to buy, a cheap Chinese job? Decided I didn't want to spend too much as a complete novice, but read some good reviews decided on a kix, ordered two days later it turns up,( cracking service and delivery) opened the plain box, and the inner carton was classy, knew I had made the right decision, had a play and it was the most delightful sensations just with the basic pads, the kix is a superb and easy to use box, and comes with a 3year guarantee, what's not to like

well worth the cost way better than other sellers

My order was filled quickly and I received the exact product that I expected. Everything that I have gotten from ElectraStim strikes me as being of good quality materials and construction and I have yet to experience a problem with any of my orders or individual products.

That said, my experience with a given product might not have met with my expectations. However, how a person experiences the electric current a various locations on their body is going to be unique and I do not attribute any suboptimal experiences with the quality of the ElectraStim as a whole. Some of those experiences have been very enjoyable, too ;)

Great, excellent service

My charger for an ET 140 broke. I contacted ElectraStim and they kindly replaced it immediately. They were very efficient.

I am beyond impressed with the power and flexibility of my axis..18 months after I bought it a software update gave me even more interesting patterns... Combinations are endless...looking forward to comimbining more accessories..

I guess the East end world out there they're just isn't much this information as you truly need to truly get what you want because I know it's out there but I still haven't purchased exactly what I need or what and I've spent over $500 so far

This is a quality product, well thought out & well made. The eStim would be more versatile if there was an option to choose a different input for each channel. The device remembers what input was selected when power is turned off & it would be nice to have the option for it to remember the amplitude setting, too.

Love the quality and variety of combinations. Just beginning to experiment but definitely lots of fun.

I’ve had this device now for a couple of years. Doesn’t even come close to the enjoyable experience I have with the other device I have, which is the eros|tek 232.
