The worst cleaners they are not cleaners disgraceful experience George is totally unprofessional. Deep clean a terminally ill man’s flat took rubbish out left in garden did not do any cleaning at all and paid by Harringay council now blacklisted. To do this to a vulnerable man really shows you what George is really like. Disgrace

We had a terrible experience with this company. They were supposed to do an end of tenancy/deep cleaning into the flat we were moving into and we never found a flat so dirty after a cleaning. Even my normal cleaner who comes alone and does normal superficial cleaning does a much better job. We complained, showing pictures of all the things they didn't tackle and they came again but all the things were left exactly as they were, with pictures proving it. They often hey reply nicely here on the online reviews but then they will continue to ignore the private emails... So be very careful if you decide to use this company.

Worst experience ever. We didn’t chose this company, was the company that the estate agency Keaton’s was using for the end of tenancy cleaning of the flat we were going to move into. When we first came into the flat after the cleaning, the flat was simply dirty. Dust was everywhere, limescale haven’t been removed, mould in the shower, mould in the dishwasher, stains all over the place, etc… we thought they didn’t come at all. So we contacted the estate agency and they told us they came but if we weren’t happy they could come again, but they couldn’t come before we moved all out stuff in because they were fully booked before! So they supposedly came for another round after we moved all the boxes and the furnitures in, which is not ideal… Well, we came into the flat after they supposedly cleaned it again and it was exactly how we left it! We couldn’t even smell the cleaning. There even was a piece of toilet paper in one of the WCs that we left from the day before and was still there after their second round of end of tenancy cleaning, this proves they didn’t even clean the toilet! Dust was still everywhere, together with mould and stains. We even found a bunch of accumulated pet hair in the washing machine… so no, not a professional service AT ALL. We booked an end of tenancy cleaning for our old flat with another company and it was spotless! So I really don’t understand how this agency can still be in the business… we certainly know that if we have used their service for our end of tenancy cleaning of the old flat we would have never seen our deposit back! (I would post some pics but this platform doesn't let me unfortunately.)
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. Also, ask the estate agency if they are using this company beforehand as the last thing you would like to do is move into a dirty flat and do the cleaning yourselves while you unpack.

Please note, they reply to the online reviews saying they apologies and they would like to discuss this further but then ignore private emails once you actually contact them to discuss the matter further!

An awful experience with this company. I recently booked a cleaner for the first time and everything has gone wrong from there:

-the cleaner was 1 hour late without any call or notice, I had to reach out to her to find out what is going on

-the cleaner damaged one of our white walls by dropping a painting, which left yellow marks. I noticed it while the cleaner was still there and she apologised and asked me if she should clean it, I said no, as I did not want it to get any worse. I paid the agency £3 per hour, which covers insurance.

-when I reached out directly to Olga (the agent) explaining the issue, she said she has asked the cleaner, who responded she knows nothing about the marks.

-it is not just the cleaner, or the agent who is lying, so Olga also accused me of claiming something that according to the cleaner never happened!!

AVOID! Or, if you decide to use them, make sure if something gets damaged at your place you take pictures, even better to record the damage and the cleaner admitting it was them, otherwise you will be accused of lying by the agent!
