Easy to do business with. Great service when required.

The worst payment processor company you could ever come across.
Two days after we started working with them, they suddenly stopped issuing payouts. At first, we thought payouts might just be processed every few days, so we continued our operations. But when we realized no payouts were coming, we reached out via email, and they casually replied saying they had stopped them and needed documents from us.
This company is so poorly managed that they wouldn’t even notify you if they freeze your payouts — unless you contact them yourself.
An employee named Heather requested documents from us. We sent them, but despite following up with multiple emails and phone calls, she never responded. Eventually, she just closed our account without any explanation.
On top of that, they are holding almost $10,000 and said they would deduct future fees from that hold and release the rest after 6 months — but even that seems to be a lie. They are still trying to withdraw money from our account every single day!
Absolutely terrible company. If anyone is considering working with them, stay far away.
Customer support is non-existent — no email replies, no phone calls answered.
Before you sign up, they’ll call and chase you every day, but once you’re onboard, the service drops below zero.

My customer service rep was excellent. She went above and beyond what is required of her to ensure I have customer satisfaction. Her assistance was greatly appreciated.

Kind, patient helpful service

The PCI compliance requirement is very annoying for a small business that doesn't store credit card information.

After a rough start things have been going well and never had a problem with Elavon - in fact I've recommended to several people to use it.

Right now there is a glitch in the USA to Canada conversion but my clients re fine paying in canadian dollars.
Secondly - if you're wanting us to add elavon to our websites it is customary to most billing companies to provide the code to do so rather than make us pay programmers to do so.

My sales agent Pierre was great. Very accommodating when errors arrived and fixed the problem promptly

Whenever I set up the autobatch time, it will somehow switch back to 0000, and stop printing the report itself. Always have to manually turn it on again.

Ease of use for me and customers

Reliable and so helpful if a problem.

The customer support is slow and spotty at best. Terminal I was set up with isn’t designed for my type of business and have had a really hard time getting any support or an alternate machine.
Their service rates are good tho.
