Absolutely awful experience with EI Hair Extensions.

My first parcel never arrived, and all of my emails were completely ignored. When I finally managed to call them, they refused to take any accountability for the missing order. Despite still waiting for a resolution, I had no choice but to reorder the hair and even paid extra for next day delivery because my business depends on it.

Once again, they took my money and failed to even send the parcel to DPD. The tracking never updated because the item was clearly never dispatched.

As a business owner relying on these products for my own customers, this has caused me to lose clients, receive negative reviews, and suffer financially. I’ve now paid for two sets of hair and received absolutely nothing.

The company continues to act oblivious to the issue instead of resolving it professionally. The lack of communication, negligence, and complete disregard for customers is shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they want to risk losing their money too.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered tape hair extensions, had them applied and from the get go, they were ridiculously matted and dry. I tried to straighten them, curl them and spent a lot of money on blowdry for absolutely nothing to last. No heat on this hair whatsoever works! I’ve never received such bag extensions even when spending £200+. I contacted the customer service team after having the extensions in for 2/3 weeks and found it increasingly difficult & horrible, I returned the extensions for review: they have responded in an awful manor, accepting liability that the extensions are matted & dry but blaming this on me? Said absolutely nothing about them not holding a curl or even straighteners and sent them back to me! AVOID! AWFUL!!!
