EgoLeap.com is by far the worse Chinese supplier you will ever see, this is why people DON’T TRUST Chinese sellers. Some suppliers send faulty phones, some lie and others are plain incompetent, but Egoleap represent all the above to a higher level.
We’ve ordered a few phones as sample paid for through PAYPAL. The delivery was late and all the phones came faulty, one even had the ROM flashed and modified to show another version so they can sell it at a higher price, which is basically a FAKE!
We’ve sent the goods back immediately with Mandy’s acknowledgement, but didn’t open a dispute on PayPal so that we won’t cause issues to Egoleap, big mistake. But guess what, MANDY (Egoleap) made herself unreachable once we sent the goods back. Once we managed to catch her, she started LYING to us to postpone the refund as much as possible.
We waited for the refund but after we were LIED TO FOR MONTHS, we decided this is too much and it’s clearly a SCAM so we opened a dispute on PAYPAL, but guess what they said they CAN’T PROTECT OUR MONEY ANY MORE as we didn’t contact them immediately. Image if you would have used Western Union or Bank Transfer, no chance whatsoever to EVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
