After paying for product they want your license proof of address proof you purchased the item even tho its done online. Its a gift card sent by email why the need for proof of address. $110 down the drain. They stopped replying. Also contact number does not work. Highly annoyed

My phone had a glich we are visiting Auckland from Christchurch. Took into a shop they couldn't understand what was going on. They wanted to take the back off and do diagnostics reading was going to take 1/2 hour. Left there went to egifts in Manukau Westfields. Young man obviously knew what he was doing turned lphone offf then on a swipe here and a push here and fixed within 2 minutes,professional, excellent fast service. No charge.
