Some very dead flowers
Some flowers, sent as a replacement a fortnight ago, Evri lost the first delivery, (then found it over week later and delivered very sick flowers) turned up today, very dead and sad.
I appreciate you gave the buyer a refund, but the flowers were sent as a birthday surprise, what a surprise to receive not one but two items of dead flowers!!

Awful!!!!
Awful. The standard size of bouquet charged £32 had 5 roses and few lily buds.
I could get a way too better flowers in local supermarkets. And the flowers weren't even fresh, to make it worse.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH for ruining a very special occasion for my family.

Flowers arrived when agreed
Flowers arrived when agreed. Flowers left in communal area instead of being taken up to 3rd floor. Door bell not rung so my mother did not know they arrived for a few hours. Flowers not packed with water or wadding so flowers dried out in the heat. (Other flowers that my mother received were better wrapped ie wadding at the bottom to keep them fresh.
