Flowers arrived when agreed
Flowers arrived when agreed. Flowers left in communal area instead of being taken up to 3rd floor. Door bell not rung so my mother did not know they arrived for a few hours. Flowers not packed with water or wadding so flowers dried out in the heat. (Other flowers that my mother received were better wrapped ie wadding at the bottom to keep them fresh.

Pushed free delivery, then unable to link free delivery with my account even though the same email was used to purchase the free delivery for 6m as well as all orders made. Poor customer service. Wouldn’t bother giving them your money.

The flowers did not look as advertised the looked awful and only lasted a few days when I complained I was advised to cute the stems !!! The stems had been cut !! Absolutely dreadful flowers and even worse customer service

Don’t trust the same day service…
The flowers were for a special occasion and did not get delivered. I received a poor message stating that there were no florists available and the flowers would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. Not acceptable in any way. My money was refunded but this wasn’t the point.

The rose bouquet was lovely, but the delivery service was not up to standard. The bouquet was left inside the porch and.the recipient only became aware of the gift when I rang her to see if she liked the gift. The recipient assured me that she was in all day. I have already put my dissatisfaction to the courier.
