Reliable and on time and updates regularly

Flowers were wilted due to heat, wife was discusted with them, and the box of chocolates was small, just 3 chocs only.

Very underwhelming quality and quantity of flowers. Not representative of the photos on the website. The offer given included free chocolates which didn’t arrive with the order. I was told that the chocolates were unable to be sent to me now as the suppliers packaging process doesn’t allow it!!! I was offered compensation of a £5 credit, which is no good as I will not be using this supplier anymore and it means that I need to give them more money as there is nothing for £5,or under,on the site and to use it would mean me spending more money with them. I related this back to them but have received no reply to date. Please think twice about using
Have also noticed that there is no reply here to any adverse reviews to try and put things right, seems that they don’t really care

Receiver loved them and appreciative. ordered the Medium size just expected them to be a bit larger. They were very nice anyway

As always the flowers were beautiful and well packaged. Delivery on time as usual.

Paid for Next Day Delivery and it turned up 3 days later, The box turned up like people had played football with it parts of the box half open and haphazardly put back together. I spent over £30 of a set of flowers that turned up half dead and what seemed to be half missing, I could have gone to the supermarket paid a third of the price and got double the size. 100% would not recommend

Well the first person that was supposed to deliver the flowers ( Ethan ) didn’t do a great job at his job , the flowers we’re supposed to be delivered on Sunday and if it weren’t for the second delivery person Anya or Anja ( I’m sorry if I messed up on the spelling of your name ) I don’t think my flowers would of been delivered if it weren’t for her . She is always amazing at her job , please thank her and give her some sort of recognition for doing an amazing job .

Recipients were very please with the flowers and commented almost immediately. This was a very sensitive time and the whole process was very professional. Thank you !

Flowers were absolutely beautiful but in all honesty the size of the bunch of flowers were disappointing. They don’t look like the picture advertised.

The flowers were not delivered at all , could not contact you , after 4 days, completing a survey I got a response to refund.
Its appalling. Will never recommend yiu to anyone.
These were my 32nd wedding anniversary gift.
