Poor customer service
Very poor. Watched three or four games but the last one purchased wouldn't download on a number of devices. Tried the chat facility during the game but nobody answered. The customer service is non existent. They said " it's in the terms and conditions not to give refunds". Perhaps they should take on board that if you take money promising to provide a service you should actually provide the service. Very British customer service, amateurish, short sighted, non existent.
ifollow doesn't work and takes advantage of football fans.
I have tried to watch my club's last 2 games on ifollow paying £10 each time. The first game I missed the first 30 minutes due to ifollow not working. The 2nd game I missed the full 90 mins despite trying 2 x different lap tops and also the mobile app on my phone.
However, the most surprising and disappointing thing is ifollow's response. A generic email stating that they do not do refunds and that it must be my lap top. On querying this again, the 2nd response ignored all of my points and just said we will try to do better. No solution, support, refund or sincerity.
How can a company get away with selling something that doesn't work? How can you not refund a failed product? Is this just another example of companies taking advantage of football fans wanting to watch their team?
The true cost of watching EFL football streaming.
Where do I start with EFL? rude, ignorant, criminals...need I go on? I have been using EFl to watch football on my tablet for a few months now during lockdown. I have had a number of experiences having paid my £10 fee but then being unable log in to watch the game and most recently missed the first 38 mins of the game between Blackburn Rovers and Nottingham Forest because of what EFL called it a "Technical Issue " and despite 3 email exchanges with them, I have failed to get a refund or a free voucher to watch another game. They just ignored my request. Now last Friday I paid £10 to watch the game on Saturday between Blackburn Rovers vs Coventry but then on Saturday I was unable to use the credit I had paid. Instead I had to pay again, I.e. a further £10 so I ended paying twice to see the game. I informed EFL on Saturday but they have chosen to ignore me. Criminals! They know what they are doing. In view of this, and even though it is only 2 x fees they owe me, £20, I am going to issue a small claims court summons for £20 to recover what EFL owe me. So plus court fees £25.00 and my costs, they will end up paying out in excess of £50. Totally unnecessary and add the bad feeling this has caused. Well done EFL. See you in the County Court.
Terrible service. Actually no service.
Paid £10 to watch a league 1 game a couple of weeks ago. Tried it on 4 devices and none of them would play the stream. I asked the live chat to help but it did not respond and after 30 minutes I gave up. Now it has taken 2 weeks to respond to the email I sent. They ignored my request for a refund and instead pointed me to some useless help guides. Football league clubs are losing out because of this shoddy service. Terrible, would give zero stars if I could because they took my money, did not provide a service at the time and then did not provide any customer service afterwards.

After subscribing to a match was unable to access the game. Just buffered, used the help bubble but no reply.
Contacted customer service, what a joke, good at fobbing people off and the buggeration factor.
Their reply to my complaint:-
As per items of service we are unable to offer refunds for ifollow subscriptions.
What genuine company doesn’t give refunds for something you’ve never received.
My advice is don’t use them.

Problem with their IT meant I could not register an account. I'll guess my money will go to an overseas streaming service instead.
Sent free voucher and charged me £10.
Ifollow sent me code to watch Blackpool at home. The radio Lancashire commentary is dire and laughable. The code was free because I have season ticket, but they also have charged me £10 taken from my credit card. You have to key this in to make voucher work. Also on my credit card it says EFL is a computer shop in London which has same initials. This outfit couldn’t run a corner shop.

These guys (ifollow) have literally just stolen money from me. I paid for a game ,it either wouldn't load or was frozen ....nothing wrong on my behalf and they refused to refund me stating "you watched 70 mins,so we will not refund you" I was lucky if i watched 7 mins collectively!
I see this as nothing less than theft. And even if I had watched 70 mins...that's not what I paid for. How are they allowed to get away with this?

IFollow customer services are a complete waste of time. I thought that I had a problem (not of my making)that was easy to remedy, but not for IFollow customer services. Last season I watched a few away matches following Blackpool FC. This season being a B.F.C. season ticket holder I am trying to watch the home games, IFollow in their wisdom have decided to link my email to the last match I watched last season which was Tranmere Rovers.I have been trying for the last few week to remedy this situation but am being fobbed off by the incompetent staff at IFollow. Looking at the complaints on this platform it looks like the EFL needs to take a look at the running of this waste of space.

Appalling service
Appalling service. When you email queries through they respond, eventually, with answers that do not answer the queries raised. And even worse they don't seem to care

Debited my account for a year's worth of iFollow subscription when I had cancelled it.
Ifollow is a complete waste of time
Ifollow is useless and a waste of time and money. It keeps on cutting out, stopping, resulting in it needibg restarting every 8 minutes or so. When you report it to the club they forward on to Efl. When you try to engage with efl they are rude and dismissive.
Its a shame because my club will miss out financially but i will not use ifollow again. Dont waste your time or money.

I have tried so hard to get iFollow to work. This time I paid, got absolutely nowhere with it and they have refused to refund me even though they did not provide the service I paid for. The reason?......the on-line chat service was there to help!......trouble is they didn't reply to my request for help. Perhaps it's all just another on-line scam? it's only €6, but if you con enough people it will add up no doubt.
My advice would be to keep well clear of iFollow.
terrible customer service
My monthly subscription for the ifollow service was paid by direct debit on nov 4th, however I noticed I was unable to watch any highlights/watch audio so I contacted them via email. They said I had asked for a cancellation and my recent payment was for the previous month(Not true as you always pay in advance)
So I got in touch via chat and the agent said they had cancelled my subscription because I had cancelled my direct debit, This was despite my subscription information on the site saying it was paid.
I sent them a copy of my bank statement via email to prove i had paid.
I got back in touch with them to find out what was happening and they insisted my bank had reversed the direct debit(Totally not true)this is despite them having my bank statement which clearly stated the direct debit was paid correctly. They do not like admitting they are wrong
