Very poor experience with this company. I won't be using them again. I specifically called ahead and before I placed my order I made sure that they would deliver my keg on time. I had an important event, they assured me that if I placed my order quickly it would be delivered. I placed my order within 5 minutes.
The keg was not delivered until after the event. I emailed them and asked them for a refund and no one has responded.
I'll just charge it back on my credit card.
Also, they do not answer the phone, you need to leave a message and someone will call you back

yet another eebria disaster. Why are you selling beer on your site that your suppliers don't even have stock of? You promote a brewery, we pay proforma and then they don't/can't send it out. Why even bother?
Don't have the delivery logistics in place to fulfill orders
Shocking. They promise to deliver kegs, but don't have the logistics in place to do it. Avoid at all cost.

Failure to communicate with shareholders
Incapable of communicating with investors on Seedrs. Fails to answer investors' e-mails. Failed to submit accounts on time and (in consequence) seems to have narrowly avoided compulsory striking off, as you'll see by looking an Companies House website.
Really disappointing
Really disappointing, we pay advance and always get part order and part missing , and broken cases as well
happened all time whenever we ordered with them . And reimbursement is a nightmare .

Incompetent, Rude & not willing to work on a solution to a problem they caused. Horrific customer service skills & Rachael is even worse.

Some orders just don't arrive at all, and then they don't even refund your money - A credit note is completely insulting after waiting a month for an order that never came, and means my money is held hostage with them.
Great range
Great range, good support and quick delivery. Had a few problems with broken key kegs, but obviously not their fault and they've dealt with the problems very quickly. Highly recommend
Great choice of beer
I wanted to buy some interesting beer for my son's birthday and found EeBria on google. There was a really wide choice, with good descriptions and it was all too easy to find a dozen cans to send him.

As I ordered a Christmas beer box around three weeks ago and there was nowhere sufficiently stated that it will take so long!
People go away for Xmas and find it absolutely useless to receive my parcel 3 weeks after the order
New to EeBria
Found the product I was looking for and was cheaper than from the product creator. Made my order and it was on my doorstep within 36 hrs. Excellent!
I have had nothing but trouble and…
I have had nothing but trouble and appalling service from EeBria. I bought a subscription for a 3 month gift and the gift was either late being dispatched, sent to the wrong address or not sent at all.
Every time I contacted them via email it was always massive apologies and no action. I had to chase the final order which was already 6 days over the due delivery date. I then had another massive apology - and another 6 days of doing nothing about it.
The customer ethos is all wrong. People are not empowered to provide credits over the £5.99 postage (insulting anyone!?!?) and no other compensation offered for a gift that cost over £100.
Also the blame culture of it being the tech team's fault that the order didn't go out on team really left a sour taste.
Awful. Would not recommend.

Excellent service to get good craft beers delivered efficiently and very promptly - highly recommended.

First time user here
First time user here. What can I say? Brilliant concept to enable people to buy very much out of the way products and a superb website. The delivery time was spot on and the goods were nicely packed. Superb all round!!!
Beers from different breweries every month!
I like the idea of getting beers from different breweries each month. Excellent support from the team at Eebria. Sometimes a bottle is damaged and returned to sender. You then have to chase EeBria for a new order to be sent out. The website is a bit limited and sometimes hard to manage your subscriptions.
