What a great company, which we will highly recommend to our friends and family.
Our Aga looks lovely and we are so pleased with it.
The delivery/installation team were amazing. They answered all our questions and gave us time to show us how everything worked.
All our emails and questions were replied to straight away.

We visited the showrooms of Edwards & Godding on a number of occasions , every time we visited we were treated so well all our questions were answered and they went out of their way to help us .
The order process, delivery and installation all went seamlessly.

Great service. Ordering was easy, and there is always a real person to speak to. They checked very carefully what I was ordering (luckily as I was ordering the wrong product initially).
Installation was smooth and quick. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

From my first interactions with Caroline on Edwards and Godding instagram page, looking at Agas, the different colours and the different models. I then contacted Edwards and guarding directly to arrange a showroom visit.. a few days later we arrived and we looked after by Ed who knew everything they was to know! There was no rush and no hard sales. Very quickly, we decided on the model we were interested in. And shortly after we had a site visit to our home to discuss the space and pipes.! everything was approved, and aside the main problem of deciding on the colour, we ordered an ER7i - to a surprise, availability for fitting was within a few days! I think we were lucky that the colour and model we chose was in stock. Two guys arrived to fit Our stunning Aga, which was done extremely smoothly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Everything from start to finish was highly professional.!

Excellent can-do attitude by Alex when surveying for my new AGA. They sorted everything out for me, including capping-off the gas supply for my old Range cooker & taking it away.
Communication was prompt & friendly.
The two lads installing the new AGA did a great job, arriving on time & leaving everything clean & tidy.

We recently used Edwards and Godding to move our Aga to the other end of our house in a kitchen relocation. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Particularly impressed with Alex who came to put back together and recommission the Aga. Highly recommended .

Before buying the Aga I did lots of research and talked to a few suppliers. Caroline Sturgess at Edwards and Godding was such a great help. Nothing was too much trouble - plus E&G offered us by far the best price. Everything about the purchase and the installation went smoothly. We looked at getting a reconditioned Aga but found E&G’s prices competitive so ended up buying a new one. Very good service throughout, including site visit (two in fact as they came back to liaise with our builders), delivery held until the kitchen was ready, and installation. Happy customers.

We first made an appointment at the showroom, and were shown the available possibilities as well as being offered explanations of all the different models. Agas are not cheap, so being reassured we were purchasing the right Aga for us was important. Then, the company sent out a specialist to measure up and check everything in our house. Then we ordered, and the fitting was done expertly and within a very reasonable timeframe.

The installation of my new Aga went brilliantly. Toby and Josh were superb. They took great trouble to remove the old Aga causing the minimum of dust - they worked extremely hard without taking any breaks. They were very skilled, helpful and considerate. The new Aga was put in place with great care. Toby gave clear instructions of how to operate it.
It would not have been possible for the job to have been done better.

We originally purchased our new AGA (eR7 100-3) just over 2 years ago. Due to delays in our house restoration project after being let down by two local building companies, we have only today had our new AGA installed. The customer service by Caroline Sturgess has been magnificent throughout. The installation by Alex and Josh was the epitome of professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Edwards&Godding.
