Horrible website

I haven’t even taken the test yet because the website is horrible. I’m doing the course in English, but it takes around seven refreshes and random clicks before it finally switches languages. Some video challenges don’t load at all — just a black screen. The translation and overall functionality lag constantly, making it almost impossible to follow the course properly. It’s honestly unbearable , so I'm going to stop the course and unfortunately lose the money.
