The first time I used them, they delivered. They keep their word. They have an excellent customer service relationship and their pricing too is good too.

We moved a couple of weeks ago. Some friends recommended Edinburgh City Removals and we are very happy that we hired their services. Ali was very accommodating, came home to see all that needed to be done and then sent a quote so there would be no surprises. On the day of the move Omar and his team were efficient and careful with our belongings and the properties. They could also dismantle and reassemble a complicated ottoman bed for us with no problem at all. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I have used Edinburgh City Removals and I will continue to use them ……they offer a first class service at very affordable rates. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and always willing to help. They don’t only do Edinburgh !!!
If you are moving house and want a first class service these are the people to use! They know the tricks for dismantling furniture that you think doesn’t dismantle! They are fast and pay attention to detail and take the greatest care moving your belongings.

Used this company to uplift my furniture and store it for a few days , the guys turned up on time and very very helpful, reasonable prices and I would highly recommend using them, fantastic experience, would definitely use them again.

Excellent service and helped to install a very heavy piano and large living room suite into a first floor flat without a lift!

An excellent experience from start to finish. Fast in getting a quote and amending it when we requested a wendy house to be dismantled and transported. Arrived on time, loaded everything as instructed, delivered on time. Competent, lovely, accommodating, we don't have a bad word to say about Abdul and his team. This was a family of 5 move from Edinburgh to rural Aberdeenshire, so there were additional complexities involved, but the guys took it all in their stride. Top marks all round.

Excellent service. Tom was great to deal with, replying quickly to questions and changes to our requirements. We had to change our moving date at late notice and this was accommodated without any issue. On the day the team worked quickly and with a smile. Highly recommend.

Alex worked for me twice over the last few weeks and did an excellent job, in terms of time management, care for items to transport and communication before and during the job. He has a right attitude even though both jobs were small. His pricing was also reasonable. Will definitely ask him again if a similar job needs to be done.

Omar and his team helped us move from a flat to a house. Team were very professional, easy communication, on-time and did a fantastic job. They even wrapped our furniture up so protected in the van. Would recommend then and would use again in the future.

We were let down by a removal company one week before our house move. ECR were amazing and surveyed our house and provided a quote within 24 hours.
Omar and his team arrived at ours spot on time on the day of the move and were courteous, very organised, respectful of our property and hard working.
The next day, moving into our new house, Omar and the guys were great again.
I must also praise the move coordinator, Tom, who communicated extremely well and we were never left wondering what was going to happen.
I wish I had booked ECR from day one.
