Reliable service and customer service always speedy to respond.

Used to get the gut health collagen and was happy with it, thought it was a good product with good packaging… but each time I ordered it they’d redesigned the packaging and then also changed its name - not only confusing but with the increasing costs - surely the constant redesign packaging are a contributing factor. Switched over to a different brand that have maintained their design and costs since using. I would have stayed with this brand if I didn’t think we were paying more for the design team rather than the core product.

Customer Services is outstanding. Sophie from Edible Health responded to a query within a few minutes and was super helpful. I have used the marine collagen for a few years and would highly recommend.

Delivery was fast. Bought the biggest bovine 2 kg pouch and had been using it for over 3 months. I didn’t see any change except for extreme acne. I didn’t know it was the collagen that was causing it so went to the drs to and fro for topical creams and antibiotics. My skin is now scarred , dried out and has deepened wrinkles. Will not buy this product again unfortunately. On the plus side… my nails are in really good health but not sure if it’s from the collagen as I haven’t taken edible health or anything else for months now.

Ordered the Bovine Collagen. easy order, quick delivery.
Have been taking in my morning coffee / tea and tastes fine. After one month, feel great and am receiving lovely comments on how my hair and skin.
Have taken the plunge and ordered the 2kg refill.
