Want a nice carvery? DO NOT VISIT EDEN PARK TOBY! went for a meal booked for 18.30 , had a msg confirming and looking FWD to seeing us at 16.30.
On arrival was told running late 15_20 mins grab a drink & stand by the bar, which was heaving due to all the bookings that could NOT be seated! Then at 18.45 the front of house disappeared, people were queueing right back to the door, waiting to be seen, guests were leaving but nobody getting seated, no front of house!
Meat was running out and it was only 19.00! Finally front of house returned at 19.10 was very rude and abrupt to waiting customers, we had waited 40 mins, no explanation, no apologies, no nothing, we said we were leaving and she told us just about to seat you but turkey would be another 10 mins, I highly doubt it be ready in 10 mins, we wasn't prepared to wait any longer and to purchase more drinks to have with our meal, a lot of other customers left aswell, I emailed the head and was told I would hear from Eden park within 3 days, boy oh boy, the manager needs sacking, just a 3 lined reply, we regret you are displeased with your visit!!!!! Absolutely appalling management, will never visit again
