Great Customer Service
When I received my order, my charger was defective, I emailed customer service and let them know and sent a picture showing what was wrong and they emailed me back within an hour and offered to send me a replacement charger at no cost! Amazing customer service on their part, very timely, kind response, and resolved my issue without hassle, I have a new charger on the way. This was my first order with Edenfantasy so I was pretty disappointed at first but customer service really made up for it and I will be purchasing again! Thank you Ivy for the help!

Delivery was fast, the products were quality, the packaging beautiful, the prices were the best and customer service beyond reprieve. One of my items had a defect, the response I received was immediate and the issue resolved beyond my expectations. I will not shop anywhere else for toys again!

Non pleasurable pain
First of all, all three products a bought were terrible. Painful even. Two of the products were so weak that even with a full charge the motors would stop when any pressure was applied. Second when I ask for a refund they tell me that their products are made of high premium silicone and I probably just need more lubricant as if I’ve never used silicone products before. There was actually very little silicone on it and I could feel the moving parts underneath the surface. Long story short they would not refund my money because I opened the package and tested the product. It makes no sense. Why would anyone not open it try to use it? Don’t give these guys your money unless you like giving it away for nothing.

Ivy who handled my issue was exceptional!! She was kind, prompt and very helpful!
I had a device that wouldn’t work and she walked me through the troubleshooting at first. When the product still malfunctioned, she opted to replace it at no cost.

Great prices, fast discreet shipping, solid well made product, so many options and excellent customer service. I was able to change the mail service my order was shipped thru even after I placed the order. And that was very important because my mailman sucks. I just sent an email to customer service before my order had shipped and they were able to help me out. It's better to let them know which carrier you prefer before you place your order though. The items I got live up to the hype. I've never had so many O's in one sitting before. It's going to be very difficult to not use the set I got every night. I looked at a LOT of websites comparing products and prices and I am so glad I decided on EdenFantasys. Will absolutely order from them again. And you won't be disappointed if you do too!
