Bought a Peugeot partner van from Eden commercials at Appleby
No customer service/back from them at all. All they say it’s under manufacturing warranty. That’s okay but I bought the van from them. They got the profit off it. They couldn’t care less

I recently bought a Ford Transit from Eden and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They are fast, efficient and most importantly put their customers first. An amazing business with fantastic people and a wide range of stock. What more could you ask for?

Just got my van from Eden Commercials. I’m really happy with my experience, James helped me source something in my budget with around the mileage I was hoping for. Came with racking too which was a bonus. I highly recommend 👍🏼

My husband and I have been searching for a few months for a van to convert into a camper. We stopped by Eden Commercials, and to our pleasant surprise, there was a huge selection of vans to choose from. We spent a good few hours looking around, measuring the backs, and planning how we could fit everything in, the team were really welcoming and let us take our time.

We had done a lot of research online and were still unsure what van would suit us best, but the guys there were so helpful. They explained the differences between the vans and talked us through the pros and cons of each option. It never felt like they were pressuring us to buy a van, it was so casual. One of the guys (I can't remember his name) was especially great at explaining why certain vans might not be ideal for what we wanted to do.

We didn’t buy a van that day as there weren’t any Relays in our budget, but about three weeks later John gave us a call to say one had just come in that ticked all our boxes, including a van that was anything but white! Since we live a few hours away, John offered to get everything sorted before we made the trip back up. A week later, we went back up and were absolutely over the moon with the van and took it off their hands!

Now halfway through converting it and it’s coming together really nicely. We’re so happy with the van and can’t thank the the guys at Eden Commercials enough, especially John for remembering us and giving us a call when the right van came in.

Staff have been lovely to deal with and super helpful with the whole process. Made buying a new van after my current one is on its way out much easier and stress free than I've previously experienced else where.

Recently bought a Custom from Eden Commercials. Before heading down, I gave them a call to see what they had available. After a bit of time on the phone with Ben, we narrowed it down to a few vans. He invited me down to view them.

I'm about 2 hours away but Ben was kind enough to offer me free delivery, meaning I didn’t have to make the trip back up again to collect the van once it was ready.

He explained everything that would happen to the van before it was delivered. Five days later, the van arrived at my house.

It was really straightforward, and the team were friendly and knowledgeable. I'm using the van for my gardening business, and hopefully, if all goes well, I’ll be returning to Eden Commercials for my next van!

I purchased a transit custom from Eden Commercial Vans Cumbria . When I spoke to the saleman , I asked him when last was the cam belt changed , he agreed that this would be done prior to the purchase of the van . the so called works was done and I recieved the van I went to open the bonnet and that would not open I then phone Eden van and was advised to get a quote to have this fixed and they would cover the cost I did not do it straight away . I also then had a puncture and when I went to change the tyre the spare one could not be removed due to the rust and the removing nut not being there .Then a few months later , within six months it developed and oil leak I took it to my local mechanic and he advised me that they replaced the cam belt but never put a new cover on and reused the old one which is why the oil leak occurred I called them and was advised to get a quote for the works including the issue with the bonnet I got the quote and sent it to them They then said the quote was too high I have not heard from then even after sending them an invoice for the works and loss of earning due to the oil leak and having my van in the garage for several days , as my mechanic tried to resolve the oil leak issue . They also never advised me that the security lock installed on the van was a dummy on as advised by the company that installed van security plate and lock after my van was broken into on two occasions without any damage . I also was not advised This is now almost 3/4 ago . I now have to seek help from the motor ombudsmen / small claims court as they think by ignoring me the issue will go away
This has had serious implications on my work and personal life
Would advise to think twice before using this company as they have a very poor after sales attitude , and if you live far away they treat you even worst

Fantastic company. My two lads were doing a charity national 3 peaks challenge and after a tyre blow out, Eden Commercials gave us a van free of charge to continue our challenge. Big thanks to James, Chris Davies and everyone at Eden Commercials Cumbria for their support and help in a crisis!

Really messed my husband around for weeks, he still didn't receive a van in the end. Ben did nothing but promise to call back but he had to call everytime, he said i have new stock arriving and then never follow through he reserved vans for my husband and then sold them. Really upsetting as found a perfect van for what we needed.

Eden Commercials are the only commercialvan dealers I use , they have very high quality vehicles and the staff are really fantastic I took my 18 plate Eden Commercials Peugeot Expert in for PX against a 19 plate LWB Vivaro and they offered me an excellent PX deal the van is as always superb.....highly recommended

I’ve only had my van a week, but the staff at Eden have been fantastic. I didn’t even view the van I just spoke on the phone and paid online. After speaking to the sales team and telling them how desperate I was for a van, it was literally delivered the next day. It’s totally as described. Very happy with the whole process. Took the pressure off a very stressful situation, as my previous van had snapped its timing chain. If I had one slight complaint it would be the time it takes to return a call, but understandable when it’s busy.

I have bought many vehicles from different dealerships, I have bought the last 2 of our vans through Eden Commercials and we won’t be going any where else from now on.

There service has been fantastic and quality & presentation of the vehicle was excellent.

We had a few small problems with one of the vehicles and they delivered us a free hire van the day after we notified them of the issues! Our vehicle was fixed and delivered back within a few days!

These guys take the hassle out of buying used vans and I can’t recommend them enough

Bought a van from here and after driving only 7 miles it started to overheat, engine management light came on, adblu malfunction warning came on and there was corrosion in the coolant. Called to tell them the issues and was told they would call back, so I waited hours for this call and had to email to get a response from them which they then told me by email that they were to busy to call me back. Clearly don’t care about after sales once they have your money. After them showing no concern that I was off the road and losing money as I couldn’t get materials to work I told them I’ll have to use the court and then I was offered a van to replace the one I bought so they could “repair” the van they sold me that I got 7 miles out of.
This has now gone to the process of court as they can’t accept responsibility for their lack of professionalism in making sure the van was road worthy before sending it out and paying what’s owed. My business is now suffering financially due to them dragging this on.

I see you still can’t tell the truth you ignored me for days and told me you were “to busy” to get in touch with me. Also told me you were going on holiday and demanded I ring you before 2pm or I won’t get paid the money, I emailed you my account Info and you still never sent the money.

Dodgy mot and not telling the dvla that I’m the new keeper so I still don’t have a log book 6 weeks on!

Then demanding I take off the online reviews ha what a joker.
