A lady called Sarah who served my friend and I was so friendly and helpful. My friend purchased a walking stick that she wanted and Sarah was so helpful showing me the different recliner chairs they had. She let me take my time and there was no pressure to buy one. She gave me a brochure to take home for me to think about the different ones.

Sarah today was an absolute dream. Not only did she help me but she saved me money and time and also she moved like an absolute professional. I really can't thank her enough. Fantastic customer service
I went in today for the first time looking at the range of mobility aids available as my partner recently had a stroke. Sarah was extremely helpful in selecting the item I needed and very friendly. I would recommend this shop in Widnes and will most likely return.
