I visited the Oldham shop recently feeling apprehensive and looking to buy a mobility scooter. I was put at ease by Rachel very quickly. We discussed my needs and she was very helpful finding the correct scooter to suit me. I was allowed a test drive, which gave me confidence with Rachel's guidance. She went over and above to help ( we even had quite a laugh), great company. I came away with my purchase, very happy, therefore I have now got my freedom to go out and about again. Great service, great shop. Would recommend to anyone that may need your help in the future. Thank you Rachel and the other lady,( sorry I have forgotten your name). Joan.

Excellent Service
Me and my mum visited the shop in Oldham and was served by Rachael and she went above and beyond to help sort my mums service out for her electric wheelchair.

We visited Eden Mobility to look at walkers.
We visited Eden Mobility to look at lightweight walkers for my grandma, and the service we received from Lucie was outstanding. She took the time to show us the different options available, gave honest advice about the range, and demonstrated the products without any pressure to make a purchase.
Lucie even measured the walker to make sure it would fit in our car, which was incredibly helpful. We did decide to buy one, and my grandma is absolutely delighted with it. It has given her so much more confidence and independence when she's out and about on her own.
Lucie set everything up for us, explained all the safety features, and made sure we were comfortable using it before we left. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the product. Thank you, Lucie, for your excellent customer service – we'll definitely be back!
