This is in regards to the remuneration of Survival Benefit for the above mentioned Policy that should have been disbursed to me a month back (18/07/2025) but has not yet been done. A week back (23/08/2025) your representative Mr. Gautam and Mr.M Gowtham visited my premises and took the appropriate details and documents to update my KYC and initiate the process for Disbursal of the Survival Benefit. Today upon contacting the customer care I got to know that request was placed only for updation of details and they had kept that request pending due to an issue with bank details. The picture of the cancelled cheque was also attached with the email sent in 23/08/2025. These issues still persist even after a complaint was raised on 17/08/2025 with reference number ETLI202517081774998. This is unacceptable and I am losing interest on that money.
