Received my glasses after 8 Days.
Order placed on 2nd of July for delivery in Denmark. Received a confirmation email with an UPS tracking id scheduled for delivery in 2 days. Today is 8th of July and they haven't shipped the order and the UPS tracking status is "Label created" since the day of order.
They don't reply to email or pick-up phone calls.
So far, this is a scam website. I will update this when or if I get the order delivered. Otherwise I have to go with a cc fraud claim.
UPDATE: They picked-up!!! I was assured that the order will be delivered by Wednesday i.e. 10th of July.
UPDATE: I have received the order. I am satisfied. July 10th.

SO disapointed
SO disapointed. My glasses arrived at monday to Pick up place with ups at 4. I went to Pick up at tuesday and they were gone. According to ups they were picked up monday at 6. They send me print of papir with signature. It was fake. They told me to contact the one i bought from, they say it is not their problem. Edel optik is not possible to reach. Have tried for A month.
I Do not know who to blame, i would say there is something wrong with EDEL. Fake shop. Disapointing!!!

Friendly people and service
Friendly people and service - but I did not receive the product, which was shown on the photo on the web-site. This is not good enough. I had to dig deep into the product description to see that it was a different product. Not satisfactory - because I know the products well by view.

Very poor service
Very poor service. They did'nt return my calls or wrote be back on email. After 3 weeks of waiting I got a reply on FB. That was a disappointing message, and they could have told me the same after one day. I will never buy anything here again and never recommend it.
