Hi bought a air fry oven and Emeril Lagasse 26 quart extra large air fryer and I have not received it. I bought it July 11. They took it off my credit card I did not receive a confirmation number no email no nothing but they took the money off my credit card. I think this is a scam. Do not use this site.

My 2nd purchase from the seller and both arrived right away in perfect condition. I had a question about a pending charge and received an immediate response.

Seller couldn't deliver what I ordered. He got paid. Refuses to reimburse me. I requested a money order. Dave Freeman Refuses to reimburse me

It has been one month, and no product! No communications at all! I still want the product, or a refund.

The package finally arrived but was empty. Several post offices had stamped the package as "received no contents", and I eventually received an empty Prime package. I was issued a complete refund.

It is very easy down load and install. It takes let than 15 minutes.

Excellent communication and great product. Recommend highly.

Ordered a Trinitite sample; product was delivered as promised and even came with an extra bonus pebble. Took a bit of time for USPS to deliver, but all arrived safe and sound.

Never had a disappointing purchase from any vendor on Ecrater.

I just purchased an item from this company and had great service and delivery. I will use them again and i highly recommend them.

Buyers beware! This company highjacks listings from ebay and amazon sellers and then opens a "store" and illegally sells those items on their site. Our ebay and amazon sales have closed, yet ecrater continues to illegally list our former items on their site and accepts payment using our Paypal account.

I purchased 50 Pink Cat Eye seeds. Took about 3 weeks to arrive which I expected. Planted them per instructions and nothing. Been over a month and they haven’t sprouted at all. $60 down the drain. Unable to reach them for help. I say don’t purchase from them

I bought a DVD from the 70's for £15.99UK, obviously thinking I was buying an original DVD from that price, one of the highest prices I paid for a DVD. I got an illegal copy, terribly made, with patches from another version where people even speak another language, ...
Wasted enough time and money: if people are able to sell such rubbish on that site, that site is not what I'm looking for.
You can keep the £16, it doesn't make me any poorer. Goodbye.

Great place to buy for my Honda valkyrie. Items arrived about 5 days after ordered. Will definitely use this website again.

I received the entire televised version of the concert on time & well packaged. The playback quality isn't great but only VHS was available then and I'm happy with my purchase.

I also received a bonus DVD! High quality playback version of most of the songs, without the backstage content but who cares - totally unexpected bonus gift, much appreciated.

Ease of purchase excellent as well. Way to go eCrater, keep up the good work!

I was thrilled to find a part that was missing from something I bought on Facebook Marketplace. It was a piece of furniture that was still sealed, so it was not the sellers fault. The manufacturer could not replace the part because it was a discontinued piece. Finding the part made it possible to put together the item I had just paid $75 for. I am so thankful that the seller had it pictured and labeled so accurately that I could order with confidence that I had found the right part:) It arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised online.
