The worst experience so far

The worst experience so far. they are not responding and never communicate with clients ,once receive their so called service fee.
they created a Shopify store for me to run in UAE but the store quality and then the products quality is so poor. They run Tiktok campaign and got 40 orders in one week, but only 7 orders delivered.
I always keep asking and running after them about next step but they do not care.
I will never recommend. Please stay away from such people.
