Poor Communication & Effort - Expensive product did not arrive
Absolutely shambolic communication.
Bought an XPS 17 from the seller. Didn't receive the package and seller didn't try to work at all in my interests when I provided them information on why I didn't receive the package. Didn't really respond directly to the information I provided and provided a rather generic response. Resorted to bureaucratic avenues to try to sweep the issue under the rug.
Resorted to hours upon hours of bureaucracy to get my money back. Worked with the delivery company (UPS) and they were willing to accept liability, only that the seller had to initiate the process.
I have worked on behalf of the seller from what I can do as the client to provide as much information for UPS about my missing package. However the seller does not seem interested in pursuing further this case because they have been fully paid for his product.
Due to the force majeure created due to the lack of communication - unable to get my money back. Had to resort to PayPal to get my money back and was able to work in my favour presented the evidence.
