Poor Communication & Effort - Expensive product did not arrive

Absolutely shambolic communication.

Bought an XPS 17 from the seller. Didn't receive the package and seller didn't try to work at all in my interests when I provided them information on why I didn't receive the package. Didn't really respond directly to the information I provided and provided a rather generic response. Resorted to bureaucratic avenues to try to sweep the issue under the rug.

Resorted to hours upon hours of bureaucracy to get my money back. Worked with the delivery company (UPS) and they were willing to accept liability, only that the seller had to initiate the process.

I have worked on behalf of the seller from what I can do as the client to provide as much information for UPS about my missing package. However the seller does not seem interested in pursuing further this case because they have been fully paid for his product.

Due to the force majeure created due to the lack of communication - unable to get my money back. Had to resort to PayPal to get my money back and was able to work in my favour presented the evidence.

Banned for returning an item

I ordered a Dell XPS 15 refurbished laptop, comminication and delivery time frame was very good. Unfortunately, both the screen and trackpad had issues, so I contacted them to return the item.
They advised I contact Dell support, but I wanted to return the laptop as I was worried what else could be wrong with it (there was also a sharp chip right where you place your thumb to open the lid). They accepted the return request and were very good at communication throughout, the whole process was very ammicable. However, upon trying to purchase from them on eBay again more recently, it seems they have blocked me from buying from them, I did contact them about this and they simply said I should use another vendor on eBay. So purchase with caution, I'm not sure how well they check the refurbished units as mine had multiple faults and also it seems they ban you from purchasing from them simply for returning faulty items, not fair really. Two stars instead of one because communication was at least very good.

Great Products & Service.

Great Products & Service.

Refurbished (may as well call brand new) PCs & Laptops for Dell

Purchased two over the last few years. Latest was a Dell XPS 13, arrived next day from ordering and looked brand new.

Would not hesitate to purchase from Billy again.
