WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
I ordered the electric fireplace on the webpage in 3/12/2020, it said the fireplace will be built and shipped out in 3/25 the latest. I called in 3/20/2020 and was told it is getting ready to ship and latest shipping out 3/26, I will receive email update when it shipped. NO email in 3/26, I called again and was told my order is cancelled. The customer service is running several webpage and did not apologize at all. Now my project is delayed and all my 3 weeks of waiting is for NOTHING. NEVER NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COPMANY

We purchased an elliptical on Jan. 25, 2019 and we were excited for it to arrive. Unfortunately, the elliptical arrived on Feb. 12, 2019 and was extremely damaged. When we called e-comfort living, I was told there was nothing that could be done about the problem and we would need to contact Pro-Form. Mark with e-comfort told us the Pro-Form rep. did not allow them to help customers with defective merchandise. At this point I contacted Pro-Form and they told me out right that the gentleman was not being truthful and it was his responsibility to take care of the damaged merchandise since it was purchased new from him. After calling Mark and Pro Form back several times, we are getting no where with the problem. We are sitting with a $334 broken elliptical that is useless. Take heed and do not buy from this company. He was rude in asking why it took us so long to open the box and discover the damage. I explained our son had gotten ill unexpectedly and we were in the process of going to several specialists and doctors and opening the box was the last thing on our mind when our son was so extremely sick. He alluded that this was not his problem EVEN though we were within the 3o day (opened on March 8th) window frame. We intend to take further action at this time as there are too many companies selling expensive equipment to have it arrive damaged and useless. We work long hours to provide for our family and feel that we have been taken advantage of not only by e-comfort but Pro-Form as well. I would highly advise anyone not to purchase from this company. Wish I could give 0 stars!!!
