Very dissatisfied customer

I ordered kozijnen from Ecolux kozijnen in May 2023, I was told the kozijnen would be installed in 8-10 weeks.
I've made a €5000 downpayment, and since the payment was made, I have to continuously call for an update. 5 months later and still no kozijnen, and no one is returning my calls.
Winter is on our doorsteps and I feel like I've just been scammed.
I'm afraid I would have to take legal actions to get this matter resolved.
Very disappointed.
Ecolux kozijnen has a lot of work to do to improve their service.

PS, they didn't return my calls, but my wife got through to them today using a different number.
I highly recommend using another company than this one.
They are misleading, untrustworthy and a business scam.
