Successful refund of deposit

I have just received my deposit refunded in full plus legal expenses by instructing Court bailiffs to make a 3rd party debt recovery following my successful CCJ against Eco House Solutions Limited . This action was necessary as Mr Ingram simply ignored the CCJ.
The company has money in their business account with the Natwest bank. The bank were excellent and repaid the debt immediately.
It beggars belief that Stephen Ingram is still a Councillor with Fareham Borough Council.
I found emailing Mr Ingram using his Councillor email address helped him to respond, addresses
of all Councillors are on the Fareham Borough Council website.
Mr Ingram deserves to be a participant on an episode of Rogue Traders!
Good luck to those trying to get refunds, it's tedious but well worth the effort, get advice from Citizens Advice Bureau or a solicitor.
(Deposit of £4250 initially paid in October 2021 for an ASHP which Eco House Solutions failed to install)

Took over £7000 deposit and did…

Took over £7000 deposit and did nothing.
Got CCJ against them and still did not pay.
Company closing now and the director Stephen Ingram has opened another company called Clean Renewable Energy Ltd, looks like he does this regularly!
He's also a councillor with Fareham Borough Council !!!!!!

This company is bad news

This company is bad news. Do not have anything to do with them. I wouldn't give them any star rating if this was possible. I have paid them money last year to install an Air Heat Pump system, and by July this year, 14 months on, they still had not installed, and all I have had is broken promises. I have cancelled my contract but cannot get my money back. As said in other reviews they have had their accreditation to associations cancelled, they also have a lot of unpaid County Court Judgements against them. I have almost certainly lost my money, which is a considerably amount, which in these economic times, hurts.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I am trying to get my deposit due to breach of contract on their part. They are no longer communicating with me in any meaningful way. They have lost their MSC certification. I researched this and it's due to the fact they are no longer registered with the RECC trade body. Both are claims they make on their website. Because they are not members of RECC there's no 3rd party mediator to settle disputes.

Poor communication and terrible…

Poor communication and terrible approach to customers and staff as reflected in other reviews. Basically ex window sales people posing as carers of the environment. Avoid...there are plenty of better alternatives out there.

They have had MCS accreditation removed.

We had to give 1 star but they're not worth it. They told us in Dec 21 they could install before 31/3/22 and claim grant, took deposit and 1st stage payment, almost impossible to contact them, on 28/3 they finally admitted they couldn't install when we said they were in breach of contract they told us we would have to pay £7,700 in costs and all they'd done was an initial survey. DONT TRUST THEM

The worst company I have ever dealt with

This company have completely taken me for a ride - use them at your peril! Their incompetence has cost me my RHI. For reference They started the heat pump installation in October and I have been forced to move to another company after they passed on ownership of a sister company leaving me high and dry seven months later, no apology nor proper explanation - truly awful and by far the worse company I have ever dealt with. It is hard to be polite and constructive when discussing this company.

I recently had them install a air…

I recently had them install a air source heat pump. The whole process was a nightmare, with me having to chase them for progress reports. They were poorly organised and the the whole process was a disaster. My advice to anyone who needs a heat pump installation is go with another company.
