What a great company, this is how it’s done!

There was an issue with my DHL delivery, I contacted them as it was important that the product was delivered before a building control inspection, they organised for someone to come and drop it off in person, arrived in time before the inspection.

Excellent communication and customer service.

Loft insulation...easy to order, quick delivery, just finished laying it, super easy to lay, no dust and fibres so great, cut if with a sharp craft knife, scored it through half way then pulled apart cleanly down the score, probably not the ideal way, but worked brilliantly, looks good definitely recommend

Grant and his team arrived to fit the insulation and plaster the walls. They have been lovely to have around, warm and friendly and they have done a fantastic job.
Grant has been working non stop and has kept us informed throughout the process.

During our eco4 project, Ryan completed our carpentry work including new skirting and window sills throughout the property. Ryan asked me at the beginning of his work whether I wanted MDF or pine window boards and I requested pine so as to match the skirting. Ryan had trouble locating supplies of wood for the window sills, but he made enquiries and had to travel to collect the right materials for our work going above what I would have expected.
Ryan has completed work in most rooms here and his work is fantastic. He is a skilled and efficient workman. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan and his carpentry skills, so much so we have decided to keep the wood as natural as possible and not paint it. Ryan is very helpful and personable, a real credit to the company.

I spoke to Chris and he was extremely helpful, telling me what I would need to order and then processing the order. The delivery was prompt and on time. I would give five stars for this.
However, we could have done with more information about the actual installation. The online video demonstrates the easiest lean to conservatory installation. We had sloping sides, as most people probably would have. It would have been good to know we were never going to be able to line up the panels between the two surfaces (a day wasted trying to cut angles) and also some advice on how to make the flexible angles stick would have been useful - nightmare! We were also a bit short on insulation and end cap and had to buy more.
Very pleased with the end result we finally achieved after eight days.

Have to say, this company has been great. I was looking to insulate part of my garage (for my man cave)
I originally phoned to ask about the width of the insulation and asked several questions about installation. Everything answered with no pressure to buy.
Several weeks later I phoned to check quantities in the garage kit. Found it wasn't really suitable for me (not enough foil insulation) turns out they we're happy to put a kit together that was perfect.
I've now installed the insulation all around. But not boarded over just yet. But this stuff has great sound proofing my garage is only a single skin wall and when inside I can't hear anything outside. And the temperature seems constant (stable) the fitting hasn't been to difficult.
My room is 3.2m x 2.2m and installed walls, floor and ceiling for me it was about 2 of the smaller floor kits and 3 and a half rolls of the 1.2m x 10m roll. 1 box of staples (got tons left over) I ordered 3 rolls of silver joining tape. Two rolls was more than enough (sticks really well)
Strongly recommend you get the scissors.

So to sum up I'm very happy and highly recommend these guys. It's worth speaking to them if the online kits it aren't right for you.

Installed in conservatory roof to make room more usable. Early days but product seems to have made a difference.

What an amazing experience with this company. Our conservatory insulation pack and upvc panels were dispatched within two days of ordering (we ordered on a Sunday). I hadn’t appreciated that they would be delivered in two lots (the 5m length of the panels should have been an indicator!) but when I phoned to query it, Eleanor was hugely helpful and reassuring while liaising directly with the courier before calling me back within five minutes to confirm they would be with me the next day. Oh - and the panels look great - our old conservatory is completely transformed! Cannot recommend highly enough.

The quality of the insulation is very good, but having used one roll so far, the measurements are on the short side. I ordered four 1.5m x 10m rolls and the first one measured 1.45m x 9.75m. It may not sound much until you work out the area of what is missing.
Also, having made my order on a bank holiday weekend, the company acknowledged receipt on the Tuesday, stating it would arrive the next working day, yet the delivery company did not deliver until Thursday instead of Wednesday, having collected my parcel from the company on the Tuesday.

I used the calculator and bought a conservatory roof system. It looks really nice and I am pleased with the finished product, but unhappy that I have 5 complete lengths of hollow board left over (supplied with 12 lengths) and have a complete and unopened insulation pack - the 15sqm was sufficient. This means I must have wasted a lot of money!!

The help videos do not help much with a Victorian style conservatory roof - they are all for a square roof. It's a lot more complicated with a Victorian roof, but fine if you take your time. My 3 email queries were answered quickly, but the answers didn't help a massive amount.

My advice is to buy the basic insulation and then buy all the plastics from Eurocell directly, along with the extra plastic trims (all of the plastics in my order were delivered directly from Eurocell anyway!) and then you can return unused products. Buy the saws, screws and pins from Screwfix. This way, you'll get exactly the same outcome considerably cheaper!

I liked the email support when I raised questions - I always had a quick response and they tried to be helpful, even if the outcome wasn't always that great. A video for fitting into a Victorian conservatory is needed (apparently on the way) and a detailed instruction sheet of paper would have been helpful.
