Not so good cleaning company
I have a mixed review regarding this cleaning company. I contacted them to clean my bathtub and oven, and they quoted a price of $60.00. When they arrived, I asked them what the charge would be, and to clean the toilet, they quoted me a price of $20.00. I informed them I would let them know after the bathtub and oven were finished.
Nathan cleaned the oven and did an excellent job. As he was wiping down the stove, I asked him if he would also wipe down the front (only) of the microwave. "No, we don't do that". Implying that I would need to hire them for a full kitchen cleaning job. At that time, his wife was finished with the bathtub. I felt the bathtub cleaning could have been better. I advised them that yes, I would like the toilet cleaned for the additional cost of $20.00. At that point, I was informed that after a further assessment, the price was now $50.00! Unacceptable, I declined. You do not quote a price, then a few minutes later quote a higher price; you honor what you say. When I went to pay the bill with a credit card, they tacked on a small fee. Again, unacceptable, I asked them over the phone what the acceptable payment method was, no transparency that there would be an additional fee. They are a young couple and have a ways to go in learning the basic fundamentals of operating a small business. Their customer service is sorely lacking. "Over-deliver, provide a customer with more than what was initially promised or expected, creating a positive experience by exceeding their standard expectations".
