ECLIPSUN SPANISH THIEVES WEBSITE

The big problem Is TRUSTPILOT we can’t trust!!all reviews regarding this company are fake,fake and refake!! When you call the line always busy I realised the do it intentionally and when the pickup calls create story saying the have technical issues with their line!! The open an online shop and then disappear after taking customer money to reopen another online store with different name,before Eclipsun they was “sunmaniac”they are very rude when you complain about your delivery or processing your return I was lucky and paid by PayPal!!the web have no control at all regarding business like that!people are sitting comfortably in their sofa and still people behind screen!!we customers are to be very careful never buy with this kind of business if they don’t use PayPal!! Even with PayPal Eclipsun had strange policy the price showing wasn’t the final price at checkout!!customer have to pay PayPal tax according to them!!They are close down they just about to reopen another thieves store with another name and this time customers won’t be able to pay by PayPal but credit card only!!beware not to Eclipsun but the fake reviews TRUSTPILOT allowed to this kind thieves!! I’m very sorry for those who did not get their order and money back!!!Good luck to all of us against thieves.

Sunglasses arrived so quickly

Sunglasses arrived so quickly, but there was some kind of yellow paint on them? Messaged them and they said they would replace but now the website has disappeared? So strange. I’ll keep the glasses because they are perfect I can just clean them, just so strange the website has disappeared.

This company website has disappeared…

This company website has disappeared since I placed my order.
I received the sunglasses and realised I ordered the incorrect ones but when I tried to contact the company via website it is offline.

Excellent service

Was skeptical at first when came across Eclipsun looking for sunglasses. Prices seemed to good to be true so hung on for a while and read some reviews. The delivery reviews put me off a little but when I received an email that all stock was cost price I took a chance and ordered a pair. Placed the order at 1pm and chose DHL and crossed my fingers. I received a text from them a couple of hours later and the parcel was delivered the following day. The glasses were adequately protected. Very pleased & will definitely order from Eclipsun again in the future.
