The matter was resolved. they sent the money to Paypal so there is no complaint.

All items I have ordered have never shown up!! They charged my card but send nothing!! They send order confirmations with your valid email and then when you try to login They say no account connected to that email even after your confirmation shows your valid email you send email asking why is this happening and where are my orders and they never ever respond!!!

5 Stars for the worst service I've ever experience. Paid for a vest together with expedited delivery. Received an order confirmation and that was the last I ever heard. The order never came. Frequent email requests for shipping confirmation/tracking/refund were never acknowledged. No phone number to contact. I wish I'd read the reviews before parting with my money. The site is a scam. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

I ordered 2 dresses in November ... my card was charged and I have never received the dresses. I have emailed 4 times and nothing. I am shocked amazon supports this company. Someone needs to take this sight down!

ordered shoes beginning November 2021 - order was confirmed then no contact after numerous emails finally got a message that said - can't supply we have to refund. No apology explanation only a partial refund received.

I've ordered 2 dresses from this company and have not received any response from them only to say they received my order. Within 2-3 days of placing this order, my card was hacked. The timing was just too suspicious. Haven't received the dresses and am not sure if I ever will. But I am sure I won't purchase from them again.

Do not order from this website. I still have not received my goods after 6 months and when I email them to ask for a refund they just don't respond. Terrible that people like this would take money from others and give absolutely nothing in return.

Ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's wedding. There's wedding. Still have not received the items even though an email was sent stating my order had shipped. No way to get an answer for who the Carrier is and when the estimated delivery it delivery time is. Would not recommend.

the photo of the item I ordered bared no relation to the item I recieved, and it was damaged. they would not send me a return label. when I took the item to the post office to return it it was going to cost $161.69 they rely on you not paying this

The items I ordered were nothing like the website . All these inexpensive clothes shoes ect all lead back to a company in china . They send you crap and know you won’t pay to ship it back and people just eat the cost . There are several company’s like this .

Complete scammers, canceled my order and never refunded my order. I hate Chinese companies like this. Shame on me for thinking they were different. Do NOT BUY from this company, it is a complete Chinese scam

This company is a SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!!!
They sent me the wrong clothing, super cheap in quality, and their sizes are not true to fit. They wanted pictures of the clothing and I sent them with a picture of the sweater I THOUGHT I was getting and they told me it was the same one when it clearly wasn't. NOW, I get no response when I ask for an address to return it too!! Cheap Chinese crap, I should've known better. This store SUX. I'd give it a 0 if allowed.

I’m very disappointed with this site. I ordered a jumpsuit and was anxiously waiting for it. Two days ago the package arrived. It was a disappointment, the quality of the garment is terrible. The fabric used for it had nothing to do with the advertised. It is made of a very cheap material (almost like Muslim). I ordered one size bigger than mine and it still not fitting me well.
I am feeling like a fool. Too sad 😔
I DO NOT RECOMMEND EBUYTIDE TO ANYONE!!
