I ordered an SSD for my PS5 and everything went perfectly. Delivery was on time, the product was well packaged, and installation was smooth and easy. I have used Ebuyer to buy my IT stuff for many years.
I bought a new laptop that died after 4 years. When I've opened to clean it, my last hope to revive it, I realised that it is a refurbished product with all sort of pen marks inside.
That is the reason probably it died.
I've raised the issue with customer service and they don't want to hear about it. The reason beeing:
'I should have raised the issue in the first 7 days after purchase!'
Who will open a new machine to check it in the first 7 days? And why should I check it anyway?
I will never use them again.

The order you are referring to is from 2021 and I can confirm that this item was new as sold. Due to the timeframe that has passed we are not able to investigate this further.
If the item was believed to be a refurbished this should have been reported at the point of delivery. Your item does not now hold warranty with ebuyer, we would advise to reach out to the manufacturer and they may be able to assist you further.

Distributed the order piecemeal and one…
Ebuyer Limited entered administration on [11th August 2025]. The company is now being managed by appointed administrators. 12 august 2025.No wonder they were this bad.

Distributed the order piecemeal and one piece is still missing.
I still don't have a PSU that I paid for. I don't have a refund on a returned item, a cpu cooler, . The telephones now have a permanent fault. There is no communication at all.
This is the worse service I have ever had. I spent over £1000.
Now i cant find my true account on the internet. History has gone. There seems to be no record of my transaction of over £1000. Most items have been sent to me so this is not a scam. It looks like they have a new website but dont have the old details. I cant contact them. I've tried. What do I do.
