Ordered a software package, duly paid for it through PayPal, then got directed back to the seller only to find I was being asked to "Buy" it all over again. I contacted the seller through eBid AND his PayPal email, got nothing. Thankfully the PayPal Resolution process refunded me immediately!

As a buyer I have good experience with this site. Will continue to purchase my product(s) from here and save a few pounds.

Not a single sale in over three years. Nada. ZERO. Traffic is a joke. They do nothing to advertise themselves and being visible on Google for example. I believe they just rely on selling the life sub and if you buy it, then good luck to earn what you paid back!

I've been with them for the best part of their existence I was an early subscriber lifetime sub, and it seems they are trying bad practices in removing lifetime subs by using ways such as asking you to confirm your identity with a photo pass, That's ok in itself, but it's the way they are doing it that worries me, they sent me 6 emails and complained about Q&A had a URL in it. The next thing I knew, another 6 emails saying it was against their policies, I understand that, and it was just 1 time and a mistake, why send me 6 threatening emails? Then I get an email saying they are doing random security checks and oh ya it just so happens to be me and never had this in 8 years or however long it is, anyway my account is suspended until I send them my photo ID. What a dirty trick to rid themselves of lifetime subs. I will give them my ID, but that's dirty by any stretch of the imagination.

Dreadfull to sell on, You will never ever earn your money back from the subscription, Platform is terrible, Had a message from one of my rare customers and I can not find where to reply. My sales this year so far,

Definitely better selling on eBid than on the most famous Ebay platform.
Even if it deserves more traffic and visibility, it has nothing to envy to its well known competitor: professional, accurate and, last but not least, far cheaper on fees if you are a lifetime seller. Highly recommended!!!

ebid has a clear easy to use site, and has help line that actually replies when there is an issue.

Cheaper to sell then eBay, Not enough traffic, Google Ads would help growth in selling items on eBid, Would pay extra in fees for google ads.

Better Ecommerce Than must another giant ecommerce all us to sell in low fees

Great alternative to ebay. Lesser fees, less restrictions, simpler.

Just started selling on eBid and once you get used to the layout/interface, it's super easy. I thought it would take a little more time for things to sell than on ebay because of the smaller traffic but I'm already selling well and saving on ebays extortionate selling fees ! I went for the platinum membership for lifetime free or low fees and I'm already saving money compared to if I'd sold on ebay. Not only that, having the ability to have an item auction start on first bid is gold ! Great stuff so far

Super fast payment and communication between us ant the buyer.

As a seller I have been enjoying using this service. I had low expectations but its more than paid for itself. Hopefully over time it will become a little more slick but the import function from ebay is invaluable and its really been worth the money. I also recently tried MadeMe.uk and NuMonday as selling platforms and had zero sales in a year.

Bought stamp items on eBid. The seller communicated well. Shipped the items promptly. Happy with the process.

The figure came to me as advertised. It came to me on time, and undamaged.
