We needed a replacement washing machine so purchased the 8kg cold fill in silver as it would match all our other appliances. An added bonus was the fact that it was in the sale!
Ordering was a bit of a faff when trying to pay (it could have been my elderly iPad?) but once the transaction eventually went through arranging delivery was easy 😃 Order received on time and well packaged by a friendly team of delivery personnel. Thank you

Easy to use website.…
Easy to use website to find dehumidifier to suit our property. Ordering and payment was simple. I was able to select a delivery day to suit us. They even automatically sorted out registing the warranty. Delivery went well. I had owned a Ebac in the 1990 and was very happy with it. The new ones are even more impressive. The laundry drying feature is a real winner.

Washing Machine - Made in Britain
Good experience from purchase, through delivery & installation. Washing machine working well, as expected. Made in Britain, although I understand they are not being manufactured by Ebac anymore so I must have got one of the last ones off the production line!

I recommend Ebac unreservedly!
Firstly this is a British product and that matters to me a great deal to me! Then there were a few issues in my ordering some suplimentary pieces for my two machines. However, things can go wrong for even the best and most diligent. What matters is how we handle those issues. Ebac was then brilliant - I therefore recommend them unreservedly and will buy again. Product and backup service A*!

Great service from Ebac
Our Ebac Dehumidifier developed a problem. It was a couple of years old but still under warranty so I got in touch with them. They were great - got back to me quickly, arranged for the item to be collected on a day suitable to us then returned it to us repaired in about a week. Fabulous service.

The DPD driver never attempted to…
The DPD driver never attempted to deliver to our house. Instead he left it at a neighbours house behind their car and didn’t even knock on their door. Our neighbour just happened to find it. The DPD driver even signed the delivery as SARA. There is no neighbour called Sara.
The product appears to be working as expected.

They are well-made and I order my filters when I need them and as for the dehumidifiers that I bought I couldn’t believe how much moisture there was in the air in two bedrooms and we also brought an air purifier Brilliant I couldn’t say anything bad if I am honest very good company

Well this EBAC laundry dryer is the business and its OH ! SO ! CHEAP !TO ! USE !
Yes 60 pence only for about 7 hours to dry the clothes
For sure its far cheaper to run than a TUMBLE DRYER it would cost you £££ to use it for the sane amount of clothes that goes without thinking..
